Great greeting, and informative. Got us into our room early which was very nice. Close to everything we wanted to see —perfect for us.

This is a nice hotel, away from the craziness and noise of the strip but totally over-priced at $400 / night. The room was no different than any other $100-200 room

Restaurant was closed but that wasn’t mentioned on the website no place close worth walking to to eat. Noisy construction. No place to sit and relax in the evening. $31 a day resort fee, $17 a day parking.

Spa, restaurants and other amenities were closed because of covid.

It started with the bathroom having a used tampon wrapper still in the trash. The bathroom smelled like urine. On top of that, there was no hot water. When I called the desk they said “oh yeah the boiler is being worked on. ” there was no disclosure at checking that there was no hot water. Then to top off everything Saturday night when we arrived back after being out the hall smelled like vomit outside of our hotel room. They also charge you $17 a night to park

Love this place!! Great location and quite. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Close to everything but felt easy to get away from all the chaos. Very quiet and easy to get sleep. Staff was very helpful and everything was very easy. Breakfast buffet was great, and the little bar was perfect. 24 hour Starbucks located inside, as well as a cute little pool with its own bar. Pool was not overpopulated and open later (10) than others. If you want the Vegas experience but want to feel like you can “go home” at the end of the day this was a perfect spot for that.

The facilty and location is good. We don’t like the aircon, its too old and too noisy

I don't know what the pending $ 100.00 charge is for.

The smell wsd amazing and staff are so nice. I also enjoyed my room and view

No Casino was great. Good mtg rooms , great licationand easy to access.

Staff was very nice and helpfull and curteous.......

Dog friendly!! Nonsmoking and no casino!!! Great for families!

Great location. Unfortunately no hot water in our room on the morning we departed. The description of the hotel stated there was a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which was not correct. They did tell us they would assist with a third party shuttle, but would cost us.

Some minor evidence of wear, but nothing major. On check-in, the clerk was less than enthusiastic. Everything else was great.

This hotel is one we would recommend. Great service. It started with front desk staff SEAN from Maryland. He made sure we got a nice room and surely others followed on making our stay there feel like home. Hotel is close to all. Vegas strip, Tram ride as well as the High Roller ride. Thanks Westin Las Vegas. Till next time.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! We have re-opened the Westin Workout and our pool is scheduled for June 6th. At this time, many of the offerings in our Spa remain closed due to local ordinances.
