Welcome to Sunset Royale The Ultimate Vegas Getaway! This fully city permitted luxury vacation rental blends mid-century modern charm with nonstop entertainment, just minutes from the Strip and Harry Reid International Airport. This estate is your private playground for unforgettable stays.

The Space
Set on a private half-acre in a classic Las Vegas community, this sprawling single-story estate offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a private guest suite with separate entrance, kitchenette, and ensuite bath. Three oversized suites feature direct pool access, Smart TVs, workspaces, and plush bedding with luxury linens and towels. A bright, open concept living area connects to a gourmet kitchen, perfect for group gatherings. Outside, you ll find a large circular driveway, and carport, with driveway large enough for the RV or trailer for our road trip guests.

Primary Poolside Suite
Your private retreat with direct backyard access, a spa-like ensuite bath, and a cozy lounge area with sofa, perfect for coffee at sunrise or a quiet nightcap. Hotel-quality mattress, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace to keep comfort (and productivity) easy.
Casita Poolside Suite (Private Entrance)

Pool & Hot Tub Heating: Enjoy a relaxing soak or a refreshing swim; both the pool and hot tub can be heated for your stay at a rate of $150 per day. *Please note that there is one heating fee that covers both the pool and hot tub, and heating is not included in the nightly rate.
Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of two dogs (no cats please), must be less than 50 lbs each and be on non-aggressive breeds. We also require you to bring your own crate for the dogs to be placed in when you are out of the home. The Pet Fee is $150 per pet, per day. Thank you.
Smoking Policy: Please note this is a completely smoke-free home and property. A $1,000 fee applies if smoking occurs on site.
