The clerk was very unkind. Bad location for family trip

I only stayed one night and it was fine. It was a little outdated but it was very spacious.

The price was not inflated on a highly-desired weekend.

I have asked extra towels on the second day of my staying to staff.. she said there is no more.. and I have bought cokes and water. I have asked again to have something to put those things. she said.. no... As I asked ,, they said no... it is terrible. room is not well maintained,, and there are several crikets. & bugs.. you know I have stayed out paris hotel for next two days not staying at Siena Suites,,

If drug dealers, prostitutes, pimps, and rooms that smell like someone urinated all over them are your thing, then this might be the place for you. First off, when I arrived there was a guy in front of the main entrance selling drugs to someone. I was greeted by a semi-friendly staff who got me my room key. When I found my room, I walked into a place that smelled like a urinal. It was awful and resembled NOTHING like the pictures shown on Orbitz. I decided to go get some dinner. Upon return, the smell was even worse than when I first walked in. I went up to the main office and told them my complaints. They seemed surprised then asked if my room looked like the pictures on the wall, I replied nothing of the sort. They then were quick to blame Orbitz for the bait and switch. I told him they needed to either find me a different room or refund my money, as I'd much rather sleep in my rental car than in that room. He agreed to find me one of their "best rooms" they had. Which I was forced to pay a $30 night Upgrade fee that they refused to even consider discounting the rate because their system wouldn't allow it. What I got was a poorly remodeled version of the previous room. While this one had a very unpleasant smell it did't have the urine soaked smell of the previous room. The guest next door was either a prostitute or selling drugs as there were different men in and out of her room all night long. The parking lot was littered with thugs and a couple prostitutes as well.

Room was OK. Housekeeping didn't leave any towels in room on my second day (they removed the used ones, didn't replace with clean ones). On third day, I arrived back at my room in the late evening and the door was open. Apparently housekeeping didn't close it to locked when they were done.

only drawback is the bug problem, but staying on 2 or 3 floor solves that issue

Stayed here around a week, they allow dogs which is a huge perk. The room was great and the front desk staff was excellent. I did have problems with my keys three times which was annoying yet the staff made up for it. Also, every morning no matter if you are checking out or not, even when the 'do not disturb' sign was on my door, the housekeeping knocked super loudly and rude, screaming they were outside. Overall great hotel if you need a long stay. Beware of the area as there are many wanderers.

The staff were liars and didn't care about our stay. Air conditioning didn't work and made a loud noise, card key didn't work, fridge didn't stay cool, the beds were awful, you sat on the bed and the whole bed came 2 feet off the ground, they never came to do house keeping in our room. And we stayed 5 days. Would call the office and they never answered. I would go to front desk and there would be 3 people talking and laughing, but they were too busy to answer the phones. All of this happen after they gave us another room. The other room was supposed to be better. But it was worst. Horrible place to stay. My family stay there too, in different rooms, and they also said no house keeping came. And the rooms didn't look like the pictures.

I was looking for a place to stay in vegas and due to EDC it was hard to find an affordable place to stay. Airbnb and other hotels were well above 250 a night. This place was half and it was about a 20 minute drive to the strip. The checkin staff was curtious and helpful. The facilities were very sketchy: -the latch on the room was broken, looked kicked in. -there were little piles or cigarettes and empty beer can around the stairs. -a lot of people were hanging out on the stair wells drinking beers Furthermore, the pools were very dirty and would not dare go in there.

The business was convenient to local highways, stores, and restaurants. The business didn't seem very equipped to handle temporary reservations along with those that appeared to be permanent. Front desk personal provided information that didn't seem to be the same from day to day. There was no clear quest or hotel policy.

This place is good for location if you are playing in the soccer tournament at Silver bowl. Otherwise, I would never stay here. Very dirty (feet black after walking on floors). Fairly certain transactions were occurring in the parking lots. This is a "hotel" but also low cost apartment living...

Bed was really hard. The neighborhood was nothe good. And maintenance came at 9am to fix a sink that I didn't call in.

Love it, my second time here. Peaceful & quiet. Near restaurants. Very close to Las Vegas.

rooms had the smell of cigarettes even though its none smoking

No extra beds, no extra sheets, no extra pillows, no nothing. Personnel not nice. Old tube TV.

Great location for our softball tourney for Worlds Vegas but a few downfalls: 1. Room smelled 2. No comforters 3. No extra pillows available 4. Our 2 of 3 rooms was double booked & the replacement room they offered was being used as a furniture storage room when we opened it Good things: 1. Free use of computer & printer at front desk 2. Great location if playing at Russell Rd & Arroyo Grande 3. Within walking distance of food places, Walgreens, & a local bar

Be sure you pull back all the sheets if you stay at this hotel. We failed to do that and just went to bed. The next morning pulled sheets back to make sure nothing was left behind. Found blood on the sheets. Red blood as if the sheets were not changed at all. Seems someone made the bed after leaving blood on the sheets so it looked like the sheets were clean. It definitely was not clean at all. Felt disgusted. A lot of undesirables stay at this hotel. It was loud at night as if parties were going on. Be sure to wear socks inside because the floor was filthy as well. Could say more, but I think what I mentioned is disgusting enough! Don't stay here. A credit was given back, but still waiting for it to post on my card. Manager seemed surprised and apologized I have not heard anything from the hotel since. Would show photos, but afraid it was too graphic for the content of this review.

Hotel is beautiful on the outside. The room I was given smelled horrible. I understand being a smoking room there would be some type of odor but this was beyond a smoking odor. The first night was cold and the heater did not work. During the day, it was warmer outside and the air conditioner did not work. When I was checking out, I told the person at the desk about the heat and a/c and all I got was "Oh, that isn't good especially with the last two days the way they were."

It's in a decent area, 1/2 hr to 1 hr out of strip. It also plays a part of low income housing. Cockroaches everywhere, not good
