I was looking for a place to stay in vegas and due to EDC it was hard to find an affordable place to stay. Airbnb and other hotels were well above 250 a night. This place was half and it was about a 20 minute drive to the strip. The checkin staff was curtious and helpful. The facilities were very sketchy: -the latch on the room was broken, looked kicked in. -there were little piles or cigarettes and empty beer can around the stairs. -a lot of people were hanging out on the stair wells drinking beers Furthermore, the pools were very dirty and would not dare go in there.

The business was convenient to local highways, stores, and restaurants. The business didn't seem very equipped to handle temporary reservations along with those that appeared to be permanent. Front desk personal provided information that didn't seem to be the same from day to day. There was no clear quest or hotel policy.

This place is good for location if you are playing in the soccer tournament at Silver bowl. Otherwise, I would never stay here. Very dirty (feet black after walking on floors). Fairly certain transactions were occurring in the parking lots. This is a "hotel" but also low cost apartment living...

Bed was really hard. The neighborhood was nothe good. And maintenance came at 9am to fix a sink that I didn't call in.

Love it, my second time here. Peaceful & quiet. Near restaurants. Very close to Las Vegas.

rooms had the smell of cigarettes even though its none smoking

No extra beds, no extra sheets, no extra pillows, no nothing. Personnel not nice. Old tube TV.

Great location for our softball tourney for Worlds Vegas but a few downfalls: 1. Room smelled 2. No comforters 3. No extra pillows available 4. Our 2 of 3 rooms was double booked & the replacement room they offered was being used as a furniture storage room when we opened it Good things: 1. Free use of computer & printer at front desk 2. Great location if playing at Russell Rd & Arroyo Grande 3. Within walking distance of food places, Walgreens, & a local bar

Be sure you pull back all the sheets if you stay at this hotel. We failed to do that and just went to bed. The next morning pulled sheets back to make sure nothing was left behind. Found blood on the sheets. Red blood as if the sheets were not changed at all. Seems someone made the bed after leaving blood on the sheets so it looked like the sheets were clean. It definitely was not clean at all. Felt disgusted. A lot of undesirables stay at this hotel. It was loud at night as if parties were going on. Be sure to wear socks inside because the floor was filthy as well. Could say more, but I think what I mentioned is disgusting enough! Don't stay here. A credit was given back, but still waiting for it to post on my card. Manager seemed surprised and apologized I have not heard anything from the hotel since. Would show photos, but afraid it was too graphic for the content of this review.

Hotel is beautiful on the outside. The room I was given smelled horrible. I understand being a smoking room there would be some type of odor but this was beyond a smoking odor. The first night was cold and the heater did not work. During the day, it was warmer outside and the air conditioner did not work. When I was checking out, I told the person at the desk about the heat and a/c and all I got was "Oh, that isn't good especially with the last two days the way they were."

It's in a decent area, 1/2 hr to 1 hr out of strip. It also plays a part of low income housing. Cockroaches everywhere, not good

Toilet wouldn't flush- no one came to fix it..."reminded" them in the morning, they said they would be right on it. Got back at 8 that night, still not fixed. Someone would be right there...hour later still no one- had to call down again. Someone came and fixed it - one flush later, didn't work. Beds were very uncomfortable- sagged in the middle.

I traveled with family(70+ years old parents and 4 year old kid) and they gave me a room on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I asked for first floor room and they refused to change. After we reached the room the key doesn't work. Have to go again to front desk to fix the keys. After coming back to room, again the key doesn't work. I have to go back to front desk 3rd time as no one picked up the phone and yell at them. They sent the maintenance guy to the room to re configure the lock and get us access. It took almost a hour for us to get inside the room after we arrived and unfortunately i got my 70+ years old parent to climb 2 stairs and wait in front of door. The place was very sketchy. Even cops where there. Its not over yet. I booked a 2 br suite with full kitchen. We notice that there is absolutely no utensils in the kitchen, do they expect people to come in with all utensils? really?.Not even paper towel, plates, bowl. And there where bugs on the floor. Luckily we had only over night stay on this hotel. We managed for night and left the place. This is the worst experience i ever had.

It was nice inside, a suite with a full kitchen. We were told our room was non smoking and when we got there it kind of smelled like people had been smoking in it.

I wrote to you last week regardi,g my experience. I killed roaches, the furniture looked as though it came from a dump, bed linen was dingy. I called office - they suggested I tell Orbitx and get a refund. Whatever your fee is - I would like a refund minus your fee. I have gone through Orbitz before a92nd had wonderful results. This place needs to be taken off of your list. I would rate this hotel as a 1.5.

WAS PUT IN A SMELLY ROOM, BUT ONCE THE PROBLEM WAS REPORTED THE STAFF FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY.

Quick check in and out staff was excelent service quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to food and drinks.

The pros were that we had a nice space. We had a living room and kitchen along with 2 beds. Everything worked and the very good thing was that we were located on the third floor (thank god!!! No cockroaches!). The cons are that they never cleaned our room for our extended stay. We stayed for about 9 days and never did a maid come in and clean. We had to take out our own trash and ask for our own towels and other supplies.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The rooms didn't get cold enough to be comfortable in the room with the beds, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The floors are nasty. Turned my baby's feet black in within an hour of being there. My sister and grandmother had roaches in their rooms. The beds themselves were the worst I've ever felt. Lumpy from the springs. It felt like laying on a bed of rocks. Because the room with the beds was so warm compared to the living area, I slept on the couch, my husband slept next to me on the floor and we put our baby girl in the warm room since she usually sleeps with a space heater at home anyway. We will not be staying here again. The hotel staff, however, was very friendly and accommodating.
