Nice and spacious. Loved the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful room with the friendliest staff. The room was huge!
Great stay! However the air condition blows in your face at night which made me sick.
Nice suites and great pools with plenty of high end celebrity chef restaurants. Plenty of parking. Front desk was pleasant.
Very nice and professional staff. I recommend this hotel very highly. The rooms are very clean and highly maintained and will definitely visit again. Thank you for a very lovely experience. You made our vacation a memorable one.
Family vacation. Felt very safe with our son on the Venetian/Palazzo property. Variety of pool locations meant different times of day, different pools were better. Like the options. Gyms were incredible. Silly complaint is that it is such a huge property it was a long walk to anywhere. Not actually a bad thing because there was so much to the property, but our legs were tired by the end of the trip.
Very nice hotel,in the middle of the strip. Room was very big and clean.
My daughter and I took a short trip to Las Vegas to see some shows and to see the Hoover Dam. Orbitz had a last minute deal for the Palazzo and I'm glad they did. Wow what a nice place. This was my second trip to Vegas and I'm glad we chose this place. Its connected to the Venetian shops and restaurants which are also quite nice. We saw some shows at the MGM and the Palazzo is definitely not in walking distance to the south end of the strip. We did walk to the middle of the strip but not the south end. I can't comment on the pool or exercise facilities as I did not use them. Michael at the concierge desk was great though! He printed some of our Ticketmaster tickets to save us time at will call and made dinner reservations for us at the MGM.
We stayed here to help out with the grandbaby while her parents played. The hotel put us in adjoining rooms which made everything super easy! I can't say enough about the great staff at Palazzo!
Stayed for my husband's 50th bday. Such a wonderful hotel. We didn't want to leave. Excellent hotel for the price.
Beautiful hotel and casino to stay in while in Vegas. This is our second time staying here during our visit. The staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. We were able to upgrade our room to a big beautiful suite thanks to the lovely man who helped us at the front desk. Many shops and restaurants, all lovely. I enjoyed my stay and plan on returning next time again!
The Palazzo was excellent! The hotel was beautiful; staff was very friendly; casino was great and not too smokey; excellent shopping; and great food choices for all spending levels! Would return and recommend to friends and family!
We are very pleased with our first experience at the Palazzo. The service was great and the rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities needed. We loved it!
This is an ok hotel for the Vegas strip, however it could use an update. The marble in our room was stained, and loomed horrible. TheRe are no coffee makers in the room, so you are forced to buy $8 coffee in the casino. Also, they prefer stock your mini bar, which has is nice, but there is no actual fridge room for your convenience. The grinds are very expensive at this hotel/casino compared to others I have stayed at on the strip, and the service was slow. Over all, nice, but would not stay there again.
A 200 dollar a night room had the same toilet tissue as the gas station down the street.
Was redirected to a suite room at the Venetian hotel but it was more of a conference room...No bed was ready.. Fortunately,a hotel attendant outside the room helped us with the Murphy bed, no pillows or comforter so he had to get it for us...That room wasn't ready for a guest coming from a long trip....
We've stayed here for the past seven years and always feel so relaxed and comfortable. The staff has always been very polite and welcoming. The bed is heavenly! The rooms and halls are peaceful compared to the hotels we stayed at previously. The centralized location of the Palazzo is great. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
Cant wait to go back again, service is 100% room is top of the line clean...
Rooms are newly renovated, beautiful , excellent hotel, you will never go wrong, very spacious too.
Will go back! So wonderful. Room was huge, clean and recently remodeled
