    I didn't like the fact that the lazy river pool was closed and it didn't really state that it was currently closed on their website. Also, the rooms did not have fridge. The food choices are mediocre and the buffet was disgusting. I will probably not choose to stay there again.

    The MGM Grand is a large hotel chain, therefore the expectation is high. As a first time customer I was under impressed. The check-in process needed to be done twice since the first gentleman who helped us was more worried about number of customers helped versus quality of customer service. We were told our room wasn't ready so we had to wait with no indication of where to leave our bags, WiFi connection, nor made aware of our $30 credit for each night stay. Once we realized we weren't given a room number we returned to the front desk to then be helped by a much better associate. She provided us with detailed instructions, a map, and important information for our stay. We stayed in a standard room with two queen beds and it wasn't anything special. Lighting in the room was pretty bad, we had to be creative with a lamp that we could move around. Besides that I would say the stay was pretty basic, I think the whole idea of no microwave or fridge for the guests use was unacceptable but I'm sure they don't want you having leftovers or bringing your own food and beverage. Overall an alright stay, would consider staying elsewhere if you want the glamour Vegas has to offer!

    Excellent stay from arrival to departure everything was great! Very clean and helpful staff. Visited the other properties while there and MGM stood out the best!
