La Quinta Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport South

This was one of the best La Quinta's I have ever stayed at. It was clean and smelled good when you walked in as well as inside the hallways. There was no stale or smoky scent in the elevator or halls. Although we were on the second floor and had someone above us, it was very quiet, much to my surprise. The bed was firm but comfortable enough. The office staff was friendly and there were two computers and a printer in the lobby for guests to use to check in and print their boarding passes. The wifi in the room worked excellent. There was ample parking in the parking lot even though we came home late from a Vegas show. There is a free continental breakfast in the morning..... mostly it is oatmeal, cold cereal, a few fresh fruit and hot biscuits and sausage gravy. The drinks are coffee and a couple types of juice. It's not a lot but it is free and enough to fill you up until lunch time. No complaints from me. It was approximately 15 minutes from the Vegas strip and only 5 minutes from the airport, which meant we could sleep in a little later in the morning instead of rushing to get to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our night at LaQuinta. There is a great shuttle tothe LasVegas strip that was really convenient. Our room was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The complementary breakfast was good, but I found the set up hard to maneuver around due to cramped space, dishes stacked under the counters and lots of people waiting for toasters/waffle maker/etc. Some better organizing of the space would improve the experience, as it was it was pretty frustrating. Otherwise, a nice place in a location extremely convenient to the airport.

Excellent value for this hotel. Very friendly staff.

We stay away from the strip and go to South Point. Reasonably priced and pet friendly. Nice pool, and reasonable breakfast. Modern room. Has public bathrooms that are handicapped friendly.

very satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The staff was great. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The room was quiet, even though the airport is next door. We will go back.

Flew in & out of Las Vegas to view Canyon Country. Good location away from the crowds and prices on The Strip.

Staff was wonderful! Came in at 4 a.m. due to LAX problems. Desk clerk and shuttle driver were the best and most helpful people I have encountered in a while. They are treasures.

This hotel is a great option in Las Vegas. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is such a pleasant treat each morning.

I was worried initially about pick up and check in as our flight was delayed and we got in beyond midnight. However, the hotel picked us up and we were checked in professionally and without hassle. Garvin at the front desk provided courteous, professional service and gave us good suggestions to get around. Great accommodation and the shuttle and breakfast were great added bonus

We had delays that got us into Las Vegas airport at about midnight but the courtesy van arrived quickly. The staff was very helpful also. Even though we had to leave before breakfast began at 6 am, we were able to get cereal and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel to others

Motel was very clean and the staff was accomodating. It's away from the strip which is nice if you're looking for something quiet. The free shuttle was nice for getting around.

I wished I had chosen this hotel for my family for all 7 days of our stay in Vegas!

While the hotel & staff were very nice, and great location, I was quite disturbed that there was no recycling in the facility. Not acceptable in this day and age!

I had some health issues just before this trip. The staff was very helpful and even provide a wheel chair that I used while there.

We chose the hotel based on stays at other Laquinta hotels. We again were very happy with our experience. The only shortcoming was the use of plastic utensils (flimsy) instead of actual silverware for breakfast. The breakfast was good but nothing special but we enjoyed our meal.

The staff were helpful (front desk, maintenance and housekeeping). The wireless worked great. The only negative was that the breakfast could use some variety when you have folks who have a stay for more than 3 nights. Other La Quinta Inn's offer something other than biscuits and gravy (fried egg, Canadian bacon, and English muffins for example).

The hotel was a good place to stay near the airport prior to our return flight the next day. The room was modern and clean and had small Keurig coffee machine stocked with K-Cups. There was complimentary breakfast included as well. A laundry room is also available for guests.

This is the best deal I have seen in Vegas. Close to the airport, but quiet. Hotel shuttle unlike the others where you must pay, also a shuttle to the strip. OK - decent breakfast , good rooms and good price. Just no close food. We were pleased and will use it next time in Vegas for whatever.

I was put in a room that while lovely was smack in the middle of a definitive group of people staying in a few rooms around me. So they were knocking on my door, talking through my door, thinking I was part of their group. They came upstairs @ midnight and were talking to one another w/ their doors open as if they were out on the street. I got virtually no sleep. The room was beautiful but the counter staff needs to think about how and where they place guests.
