The location was at a good spot. Didn’t like that there was only 1 washer and dryer in each laundry room.

Some staff seem to need training on customer service and communication. Quite disappointing!

Booked to have a baby crib in room. Checked in at 11pm just to find out that they don’t have one available. Disappointing!

Property needs to be cleaned!!!! A shampooing could help tremendously!!! I refused to stay in first room the smell was horrific and carpet was even worse. I've stayed at many la Quintas and this was the worst Breakfast bar too many guests they couldn't keep up or cleaning

We have stayed at many La Quinta’s because they are always clean and comfortable. That is not the case here. The first thing we noticed walking in was visable dents in the two queen beds where people had slept in them for so long, in fact the mattresses were so bad they should have been thrown away. The wall paper was literally falling off the walls, the curtains were falling down off the window and ripped. In general the room was dirty and I was not staying there with my family. I called the front desk to be moved and was put on hold for ten minutes, when no one came on the line we put our luggage back in our car and went up there in person and there were no other customers. I ask for a different room and explained the problem. They told me all the rooms were the same. I said we can’t stay here then, I’d like a refund. They said it was up to Expedia, I said no it would be up to them. So I stood there to call Expedia and was given a refund. Ended up spending 300$ on a hotel just to not stay there.

This hotel is dirty. The building appears to be old, Capet dingy and filthy, stinks. The rooms were dirty with stained bathtubs and furniture. The fridge didn’t work either.

The cleaning ladies were loud in the hallway at around 6 in the morning, they were laughing and having a good old time when we were trying to sleep.

Nice place, convenient to the strip, friendly staff, would consider staying again

The entire hotel is dirty, the room smell weird and it was not clean, they didn't come to the room to clean everyday, there are trash in the hotel and around the hotel, and the layout of the hotel is strange, its hard to get in and out of the hotel.

Room had coffee pot but NO cups of any kind in the room or in the bathroom. Filthy chair at desk in room. Ceiling had a major hole that was not repaired. Badly stained carpet. Upon late check-in desk clerk denied us a small bag of cookies that were on the counter. We were told they were for "elite customers of which you are not". Also, breakfast room was closed at 9:25 and we were denied even a glass of juice or coffee. Defintiely would not ever stay again or recommend this run down La Quinta. We have stayed at other LaQuinta without any issues.

Love that dogs are free to stay! They also have an excellent lawn area for the dogs to do their business. I would stay here again.

While the front desk personnel and cleaning people were good at their jobs, the shuttle drivers were excellent! They were very polite, professional, and good drivers. And, the personnel taking care of the breakfast items, tables, and room were also great.

We stayed there before. With 2 children I love the breakfast which is their favorite part of the trip. Most of all its pet friendly can't wait till next time..

Hotel was convenient to airport. Staff was friendly Room and hallsneef upgrade. Everything clean but worn
