I like the option of the hotel without any gambling Friendly staff Clean, refrigerator in room Nice and big rooms, Good hot and cold breakfast Probably the only thing to improve would be a taxi service to move you and return you to the hotel I would return there at anytime Thks
I recently stayed twice at this hotel. The first time, Sincerae provided exceptional help in not only verbally sharing about how to change local buses to get where I needed to go, but she provided me a printed map, and then marked using a pen on the map exactly where to specifically go to transfer buses. She went out of her way to be sure that I did not make a mistake --- a service which is always appreciated by anyone who travels. On my second stay, I was picked up at the Airport by Kevin Noguez, and this young man was exceptional in his conversational skills all the way from the airport. He also provided great service with my luggage once at the hotel as well. At the time of check-in for the second stay, K.T. Thomas provided an over-the-top exceptional "welcome" and check-in experience --- one of the most outstanding I have experienced in several decades of traveling. The following morning, I spoke to the manager, who was gracious at "listening" to a coupe of recommendations which I shared with him. The waffles with the strawberry topping and whipped cream was most "special" and "enjoyable". Thank you so much to all the staff for two wonderful stays at this Fairfield Inn.
Nice hotel that is more aligned with business travelers than with gamblers but good with both. For me - I like that fact that they're aren't slot machines in the lobby. It's just a quiet off/strip hotel that has good clean rooms, friendly service, and a pretty extensive free breakfast (sausage, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit, cereal). Also has free coffee in the lobby 24 x 7. Front desk service is really nice - and frankly I don't know how they do it so well - especially because when I arrived - 7 PM on the 13th, there were only two people on duty - the front desk staff - and the driver. In spite of that, and in spite of a queue, she handled the guests extraordinarily well. I wish I remembered her name....because she remembered mine. :) You're about 10 minute walk away from the strip, so you don't need to have a car to stay here.....the neighborhood isn't the best, but also not so bad. Tapas restaurant next door, and a 7-Eleven just down the street about 300 meters away. I would stay here again. It doesn't have the excitement, nor NONE of the glitter of the strip hotels - but for me - perfect. Please extend my thanks to the lovely young lady at the front desk. Exceptional.
They have ample parking and outdoor pool. Stephanie at front-desk is great. She accommodated our last min change requests. Complimentary continental breakfast that has tons of options. 24hr free coffee counter and the coffee is really good. They have an amazing replica of "Welcome to Fabulous LV" sign behind the front desk that is great for pics.
Good location and price for off strip. Weight room could use more space for a Vegas hotel. Although you might say, “It’s not a Vegas hotel” That’s exactly my point. You realistically get all the Vegas without the price and don’t lose on the amenities you care about. Many places are close by.
We stayed recently at this hotel based on what is written on hotel's website. It says that hotel is walking distance from the Strip. It is about 2 miles from the Strip, certainly not walking distance. However Hotel did provide us a shuttle to drop us near the Strip. The rooms are clean and staff is helpful. Ms.KT at the front desk was very efficient and helpful. Other staff and GM were also helpful. The breakfast was nice with juices, hot items, coffee, fruits, cereals bread etc. Hotel also had complimentry shuttle for drop to the airport.
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few year and have always had a great experience. I have always experienced great customer service, but this time I want to recognize an employee at this hotel. Her name is Sinceae, she welcomed us when we came in without a reservation and accommodated our needs graciously. She then took care of cancelling our reservations at our original booking at another hotel. Thanks for going the extra mile and awesome customer service each and every day we see you. Sean
Stayed for a week with my wife and was really pleased with the hotel, everything was very clean and the staff were excellent, very friendly. free shuttle to and from airport, no extra resort fees and a really good breakfast every morning. Small pool at the hotel which gets the sun every morning if you have time to sit out but usually so much on you want to get away doing it. About 2 blocks back from main strip and 700m away from monorail.Rooms are well equipped with 2 x double beds, flat screen tv, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. We used Lyft taxi services at night to return to hotel and these where about $3.per trip. Hotel hasn't casino or bar but this was something we weren't looking for so suited us great. Computor in reception that you can use and can print off, Safes available for free at reception as well as a small amount of food and drinks. Coffee, tea and water available all day in reception also.
The hotel and experience overall was great!! The staff was friendly and gave great customer service. I have to give a shout out to KT T. from the overnight shift!! She was amazing and fun. Also, the lady (unfortunately, never got her name) that served breakfast in the mornings during our stay. From Florida girls in room 315 Thank you!!
Mr. Marriott... In what universe is this an airport hotel??? This property is no where near the LAS airport. Just a quick $18 taxi ride. In addition, you should be embarrassed by the condition of this property. Old and run down. The jet engine air conditioner was great for keeping me awake. And a clean bathroom would be appreciated. What is with all the advertising crap stuffed under the door? Nice security! It seems that since Marriott bought SPG, the Marriott properties have gone down hill. Way down hill.
