No microwave in the room to heat up leftovers and there was NO water for showers Either morning!

The property is clean the staff are courteous Unfortunately, we have to pay that Resort fee which is ridiculous! I don't even know why we have to pay that?I wish this Resort fee would stop someday. Based on the booking it stated that they offer free breakfast included. when I asked the staff member they said the breakfast is inside but I didn't see any breakfast room.
The elevator was not working and, according to the help, had not for two weeks. We are in our seventies and we're given rooms on the third floor (top). We had to carry two bags weighing about 40 pounds each up and down the stairs. They are repairing the damaged vinyl flooring in the hallways with duct tape.
It's a nice off the Strip property with its own brew house. It's in a part of town being renovated and used for Formula 1 racing circuit so that explains the traffic & noise. Front Desk Staff could be a little more helpful.

Hotel staff was great only outside we had at hotel was 1st room we got had pee on toilet, but they changed out our room right away. The detached casino across the parking lot area on the other had i wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant (cold food and the rice tasted like fish and salt)
paid way too much for this hotel, would never stay again, would say its a one star not even two star. beds are uncomfortable, little square pillows, there was little bugs on the sink area
The was not well maintained, the area was not convient for walking, no stores nearby. The staff was not helpful at all. I asked for an early check in which I could not get. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!
We enjoyed our stay at Ellis Island. We enjoyed the pool and restaurants especially. We would stay there again. It was a good value.
