Bad experience they didn't have towels available. 6:30 am. People from weigh watchers had a meeting across from my room talking loud and laughing.

This hotel room is small and the inside of the hotel was showing signs of aging. The room is a motel version with a little more stile.

Ok hotel for the night but uncomfortable beds, kind of run down, unfriendly check in person, breakfast starts at 730 which is pretty late and shuttle stopped at 8 which is pretty early....clean though so they had that.

I'm a local in Vegas and booked a room for some family that was visiting. When we came to check in, the lobby was crowded with people needed to check in, due to a cancelled flight. They overbooked themselves so we didn't get the room we paid for, the room we did get was really dirty, and the staff was terrible, right down to the manager.

We had two rooms on the night of our stay. The staff was not overly friendly, but weren't rude at any point. This hotel is right beside the airport and was loud. It would have been more bearable if the AC/Heating unit had a fan that stayed on and didn't go on and off every 15 minutes. The carpet was dirty in the room and the hallways. We had to ask for wash clothes in one room. Our second room had the window left open and there was a hole in the screen. There were no pictures on the walls in the rooms, which made the room feel uninviting. The breakfast was fine, but there were so many people trying to fix pancakes and make toast we could hardly get around to just get the basics. I was very disappointed.

The bathroom floor was dirty with muddy shoe prints upon check in. The sink wouldn't drain. The air conditioner didn't work well. Walls very thin, heard the barking dog across the hall all night, the crying woman next door, and the kids running up and down the hallways constantly. The grounds around the hotel? Gross! Never cleaned. Bottles, wrapers, dog poop, you name it. Over all bad experience.

We had my adult daughter and our 6 year-old grand daughter with us. This place was perfect for a family. There was an excellent breakfast buffet in the morning, and wonderful indoor swimming pool which was never crowded. It was off the strip enough to be quiet, but close enough to the strip to get there quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and the doors to the rooms are indoors, not outdoors, so we felt very secure. We sould definitely stay again!

Had not thought of staying other than on the strip in the past. . . this was off the strip but yet shuttle service close. Will keep it in mind going forward.

My stay at the Baymont Inn was without incident. The room was fine. Check in was quick and efficient. Clerk was helpful and had a pleasant personality. I generally would have booked them again if I had accrued any Wyndham Rewards points at all, but Wyndham does not see the issue of customer relations or rewards like the patrons do, and like many others, I will probably never book them again. First impressions gentlemen! Even some token reward points would have shown respect or good faith appreciation for a customer's patronage. But some corporations just don't understand that. Disrespect of your customers does not boost sales. Hopefully some hotel chains and business in general will finally figure out that a little recognition and show of appreciation can go a long way ! Regards.

Located near airport, car rental, and outlet mall, which was great for us to flew in and rented a car. Room was of good size and clean. Beds 2Q *extremely* comfortable. Window seat with cushion is very cool for us (would be a great bed for small kid or baby/toddler). Free breakfast was good but sitting can be crowded. Free WiFi but very slow to login and speed was not great. Our room (on 1st floor)'s door lock had a problem where I could still open the door after shutting the door. A hotel staff did some trick and got it locked ok. But the fact this could happen is a bit concerning. Hope hotel management pay attention to get all their room-locks verified and fixed. Things could go very bad with such lock problems.

Plentiful parking on the east side of the building. It's well-lit at night but not as close to the elevator. Regular room is on small side and is standard double-occupant fare - narrow walkways, noisy AC unit, low flow sink faucet, and signs of wear and tear such as stained carpet and TV remote with broken battery cover. Beds are on softer end of spectrum and come with two pillows each. Linens, save for one face towel, had not been replaced after the room turned over and a call to the front desk did not help. Located a housekeeper in the hallway who was much more helpful and furnished all the white clothes needed.

Very clean with a hot breakfast. Good Internet speed and a good price for a quick overnight as I was passing through.

The room was clean, good wifi and a hot breakfast provided. It was just used a as overnight stay before moving along but I would stay again.

shuttle was on time from airport. room was clean and nice, the staff was helpful, breakfast was decent. there is a monstrous discount mall across the street. hotel was just off the south las vegas strip, so it is quiet and not a lot of traffic. i would stay here again.

Booked flight/hotel package. Hotel location was not convenient to the north end of the strip, but the provided shuttle service was excellent. Not only did they take us to where they normally schedule, a few times they went out of their way and took us to our final destination! Staff was attentive, polite, helpful. Only sad part was pool was too small for workout and no hottub! Highly recommend staying here.
