4 bedroom villa for 10 guests (best is 8 adults + 2 kids) with pool inside gated community beachfront community Los Nomadas. Only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach.

There are 4 bedrooms and an open loft. Open loft has NO AC and 1 queen matrass.

Electricity from villa NOT included. To be paid by use. Average of 8 USD a night but depends on use.

Maid every day. From 8am - 2pm. Prepares breakfast. groceries not included. She can prepare dinner at 3000 pesos each dinner.
