Nice, clean room. Quiet. Nice indoor pool. Wished they offered a free breakfast

The lobby is fantastic and looks amazing. Its gorgeous architecture and design is pleasing. However, the room we got was very outdated and dingy looking. Shelves were falling, paint was chipping, toilet handle had to be held down for a while to fully flush. I was not impressed. How can the lobby be so great and the rooms less than great? The Asian lady who checked us in was a bit of a push-over, but the other gentleman who helped me check out was great. I made the reservation a year in advance on a 3rd party website (Orbitz) and when we checked in, the lady kept asking where I booked it because I got such a great rate. She continued mentioning my great rate. Perhaps this is why I received a outdated room. We did not dine or get drinks here.

This is an old hotel that has an old world feel without being run down. We were there for a week attending a event and a workshop. It felt like coming home at night with all the little thighs that make for a comfortable stay like two chairs and a table (many places have one chair and leave one of us to sit on the bed). My hubby worked in the business center in the day time and one day even got a haircut in the salon.

Hotel was located perfectly for the tournament. Enough room in the grounds for a get together barbeque.

Will stay here again when coming back to the White Sands National Monunent. Loved the feeling sitting in lobby bar area.

Our stay was an excellent experience. ..the staff was friendly and was near the university where my daughter and I had to be for orientation early in the morning. ...we had an awesome daughter aND mother time!

Got woken up by housekeeping at 930 in the morning after arrving in late. GM apologized but offered little besides say "that shouldn't have happened". The room was ok and found the bed to be uncomfortable. The area is close to the university and would recommend to stay there if NMSU is what you are in town for:

The hotel staff was top notch and the room was very clean and well maintained. However, the entire hotel, especially the common areas were out-of-date and worn out. The hotel should be updated.

Wonderful environment. Great view from upper floor. Amazing pool and spa!

This is a hotel built in the late 80's. It is under new management--and it shows. The rooms are newly equipped (linens, TV, frig/micro, furniture). Bathrooms are facelifted. It is an atrium style layout with an indoor pool. The restaurant has great promise with a new chef and cooks. I would stay here again.

Room ok nothing special, just passing through to San Antonio

The hotel is lovely, however, the AC was very loud and the breakfast was less than expected. Be warned, no elevator available.

Great room - fridge is a big plus ! Very nice atmosphere ....

Nice stay. Clean room nice staff good breakfast. Breakfast staff was so friendly and worked hard to keep the area clean and stocked.

Breakfast needs to be longer - Some of the staff hurried us as we were going to eat. The place was very nice and well kept.

The hotel is in a great location for doing other activities in Las Cruces and is right off the I-10 interstate. Hotel let us check in early and the person at the front desk, Cody, helped us locating destinations in the city where we were going. Cody helped us throughout our stay. I have stayed in this hotel a few times before when it was the Holiday Inn, but Ramada has done a good job in managing it.

Our first room started leaking from the bathroom ceiling and the sink would not drain. The staff moved us to another similar room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our third room was really nice, very clean and not as old seeming as the first two. The breakfast was adequate, the coffe was bad. We ate dinner there the first night, the food was good but overpriced.

I stayed here with a group of Navy Vet friends from 45 yrs ago. We were well treated, enjoyed our rooms, breakfast and cordiality of the staff. I would certainly stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast bar was average, but the staff who monitored the area were very courteous. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

This was a home place to stay for a week. It is not new, but is in no way shabby. My bed was comfortable, the sheets and comforter were perfect. The restaurant bar was good. The price was half of what I expected to pay.
