Recent guest reviews

The hotel was convenient to the downtown Main Street museums, good local restaurants and the charming Old Mesilla town square. While fairly minimal, the facilities were comfortable and the desk staff were friendly and efficient. This was a well-priced, clean, comfortable place to stay on a budget.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Good clean breakfast area.

They puts in the hotel annex which was ugly. The bathroom doors were saloon style and if you opened the room door you could see into the bathroom.

Check out times are inflexible. Regular noon check out was only extendible to 12:30.

Good place to stay. Very near Old Mesilla and many good restaurants. Downside is the room noise is a little to high.

Was a quick stay but was a nice hotel for price.. no complaints

Bare bones room, don't expect anything more than a bed, sheets and TV with limited access.

We only stayed for two nights while visiting the area. The location was ideal, with several restaurants in the vicinity that made eating very enjoyable.

We booked a non smoking room , there is no such room in this motel , the lady at reception sent a man up to spray the room with air sanitizer and then it's a non smoking room!!!!!!!!!!!. Do not book this motel or you will be sorry.

The shower did not work, there was no kleenex left in the room, half the rooms lights were burnt out, AND the people next door had a dog that barked all night PLUS there was a lot of homeless people hanging around the hotel which was scary. Additionally, when I tried talking to the staff about it, they blew off my concerns as if it were my fault. I would have given the lowest rating possible, but the room was nice and the front desk help the night I checked in was awesome at her job. The lady in charge of breakfast the next morning was equally great and the hotel provided a nice breakfast which was appreciated.

great experience. stayed a few nights before travelling out of town. great front desk service, wonderful, clean up to date room. could not beat the price!!!!!

Really nice hotel-left my sony battery charger in room-and they are holding for me till I return (a year!).

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be staying there in future visits and would recommend my friends and family to do so as well.

Nice place to stay. The first room I got was dirty, walked in and the beds were unmade so I walked right out and asked for a different room. I was given a new room and that one was clean. No more issues. Good place to stay. I have no complaints other than having to get a second room. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast.

The motel is an older unit however has been upgraded. The wheelchair accessible room was ample with twin Queen beds. The bathroom was large however difficult to enter the tub. Also the shower head was mounted permanently and I was unable to use. The temperature controls were located on a wall that was not accessible to a wheelchair user. Minor changes could alleviate these problems. Overall the hotel was clean, neat and comfortable.

Drove across country and booked this hotel on a whim through my cell phone. Nice spot. Lots of food around the area. I'd recommend to friends and family

This was a nice place to stay after a long day of driving. It was in a good location, close to the highway and a number of good restaurants. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

Checked in late but haf a very wonderful room. Got in the shower no Shampoo nor Condioner have to step out to call to be given. Breakfast werr ok cud have some hot items of protein asidr from just egg. Overall its ok And room is comfy. )

Our stay at the La Quinta Inn Mesilla Valley was very disappointing. The building is in disrepair, there was not any type of toiletries in the room, the front desk staff was unfriendly, and the breakfast was sub-par. We would never stay at this hotel again.

Pet friendly, great staff, room was very clean, breakfast had a lot of variety, overall very happy. Will definitely come back.
