My bath tub worked but was broken, I was not able to print out my flight tickets due to the poor computer in the loby, work out room was ok, pool closed too early, staff speaks to people as if they are doing us a favor letting stay there.

Hotel is good. Jast my experience with booking with Orbitzis bad

The hotel looked nothing like the posted pictures. The room was dirty, dark, and dingy. The breakfast was gone at 8 am and the room was packed with tons of hungry people. The shuttle driver was really nice that's the only positive I can give. Spend your money elsewhere!

Great room for quality of service. I would stay again for the money spent. The shuttle service was worth it all

More than one night I would prefer a more up-scale motel. Forget the breakfast.

Downside is that it is a bit dingy and run down. The upside is that they have helpful staff, a great breakfast, and are close to the border.

their pool needed to be cleaned properly. things floating on the top of the water. morning showers are hot afternoon showers are luke warm at best. after a swim or a day out in the texas heat this is not what we wanted to have.

This Days Inn is located close to very thing that you will need. The staff is very polite and helpfull. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

We stayed one night to attend a friend's wedding. I was very disappointed when we drove up to the hotel to begin with. The room was below par. I did not expect a 5-star hotel, but everything looked dated and dingy, ESPECIALLY the carpet and walls!! There was a long red streak on the carpet on one side of the bed that looked like it could have been dried blood. The rags and towels looked old and tattered. I found the lady at the front desk to be very unaccomodating, unprofessional, and seemingly deceptive. When I asked a question, she shot her answers back at me as if I was annoying her. For example, we had driven 20hrs from California and arrived shortly before midnight on the night we reserved the room (not their fault, obviously). I politely asked if it would be possible to get a late check-out, perhaps 2hrs later than the 11am check-out time. The lady rudely let me know that it was not possible and that they were booked solid. She then proceeded to mention that if I wanted to checkout late, I could just pay for another night. How was that possible if, as she claimed, they were booked solid?! The "deluxe" breaskfast they claim to give you is just false advertising--nothing even remotely special about it. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Went to visit Mexico, but state dept issued travel warning so didn't go. Not much to see in Laredo. Hotel is old, needing maintenance. Union Pacific railroad horn in backyard will wake u up at dawn. Staff were OK.

Not a very freanly crew..

I went shopping to Laredo so it was very close to the center, what i didnt like is that i had to eat without a chair and table because they didnt have enough.

Attended funeral. Hotel convenient to family member's residence. Have stayed at other Days Inn. Will continue to stay at Days Inn when traveling. Good rates.

We arrived about 11 pm. Toilet would not flush. Around 11:30 no hot water in tub, cool shower.Around 12-12:30am fire alarm goes off.Made 3 or 4 complants about water in tub,I was told, by [...],I was the only one in the motel that didn't have hot water!I told her I have hot water in sink, but not the tub!We went 4 days no hot water in tub!

it was noisy. the staff didn't do anything after complaining about the noise comming from the pool until midnight. it is dirty and old.

The hotel was just OK. The staff on Monday (Memorial day) was not very friendly and acted like she did not want to be there at all. I have a 5 month old baby and didn't want to have to bring her to the dining area for the breakfast and when I tried to take a few things to my room she stopped me yet after I brought my wife and baby into the dining area I watched while several other families took food to their rooms and she watched and didn't say anything

Good hotel, simple for 1 or 2 days. Clean, friendly staff. Good TV Channels.Unfortunatelly breakfast only until 9am.

It was just fine. Smooth as glass.

Nice Hotel not fancy but well worth the $$
