Dirtiest place ever. No room service throughout the entire stay.

Great rates, conveniently located, just what I was looking for. TV didn't work and electrical outlet by the desk couldn't be reached behind the dresser and the dresser was too heavy to move. Had to move the desk to access outlets for my laptop. These are very minor annoyances and were not a big deal for me.
Easy access to freeways. Room clean and comfortable. Dog friendly too.
Only stayed in one room. Was charged for two rooms. Still trying to get my money back.
Bath facility was filthy. Bed was made only once during the entire stay.
Our room was clean. The fitness area was filthy. So was the restroom by the lobby.
The heat did not work in this hotel during a blizzard and we are still waiting on Orbitz to refund our money. We never even checked in because it warmer in the blizzard outside than in the lobby breakfast area as well as the hallways.
Wrongfully thought this was a hotel rather than a very old motel. When you're told how to jiggle the lock when you get your keys, you know it won't be a good experience. The lights were off in the indoor pool when we went and the doors were open to the outside.....in Wyoming....in November. Needless to say the pool was too cold to go in. The hot tub barely worked. I could log into the wifi, but couldn't go anywhere on the internet it was so slow. A number of other minor issues as well.
For the price of stay this is a good motel. Two of the three employees that I had contact with were exceptionally nice, The third was rude and unhelpful. I would stay there again if I go back to Laramie.
When we first arrived there was no staff or anyone around, we rang the bell twice with plenty of time inbetween, with finally having to call the cell number provided for help. The room we were sent to was not cleaned, we went back to the office and again had to ring the bell for service. We contemplated asking for a refund then but decided we would try another room. When we arrived at our other room we could barely open the door and when we closed it, it didn't appear fully closed. The only nice part about the room were the beds and pillows the toilet didn't flush as we found out late in the night, the toilet seat was padded (seemed unsanitary) and there was a piece of feces in the toilet assuming from a previous guest. The bathroom did not at all look like the pictures posted online when I booked it, not even a close comparison. This hotel needs staffed and remodeled ASAP, If I needed to stay in this hotel more than one night I would have asked for my money back!
Young lady at dusk overwhelmed with crowd, she did as best she could but should not have been put into that situation. Older woman mean and rude was no help, insulted everyone around.
almost had to break down the door to enter 1st room. sink would not drain. floor warped. 2 queens --no king--NO CHARGE FOR DOWNGRADE. smelled like dog urine. moved next door to adjoining room. door still doesn't fit. shower difficult to say the least. had to put down flapper on toilet each flush. wall paper coming off--curtains rotting from windows Lobby bathrooms were horrid. Train tracks 500 ft away. run until 2am---start at 5am again..100 cars + every train.
Loser and druggies staying at hotel made our stay bad. Outside fighting after midnight. Excellent staff and breakfast.
Overall condition of the facilities are terrible. My room had hole in the window, cracked toilet tank and the shower hot water did not work correctly.
The hotel was located in a good spot. The room was run down and dirty. Found someone's sock on the floor by a bed. Ugh!!! Was disappointed for the price.
Very old and run down hotel. Leaking fixtures in the bathroom. Paint peeling from the ceiling and disgusting carpet. "Hot" breakfast is warm scrambled eggs and that is it. You eat in a condemned former bar on the premises. RIN FAST FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Nothing around this hotel for miles.
First room had no heat. 2nd room had a heat that would not turn off. Noise of trains going by all night. Breakfast was gone when we went to eat and it was only 8am. Had to ask them to make more and what they made us was stail or plain not good. We ended up having to go to a diner and eat. I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone
