We booked this holiday through jet2 and everything was seamless and efficient except the baggage reclaim at leeds bradford on return (took over an hour to unload bags?? no explanation nothing?) Anyway back to the hotel... we were greeted with a welcome glass of asti and a lovely bell boy Pablo showed us to our room and gave us recommendations for places to visit and the general lay out of the hotel a lovely welcome by a lovely member of the team. The room was clean and comfortable but the cleaning could have been better, mould behind the shower door when u closed the door so obviously the maid cleaned the shower with the door open and never saw what we saw... also the Jacuzzi was full of hair and general wind fall debris and hadn't been cleaned prior to us getting there? little shabby for a 4 star hotel..also pillow cases weren't changed the whole week? lazy cleaning The food was so good, huge choice but the restaurant isn't run very well, you need to hunt a table before you get food as you can walk around with your food getting cold if you risk doing it the other way around, and since most of the food isn't very hot to begin with..yeah..bad I wish the hotel would allocate tables or sittings you at least knew you had a table to sit at ..don't eat between 7-8pm its a mad house! its such a shame as the foods great! I have to say customer service is very good. the nights were chilly so we asked for extra blamket/quilt, the remote didnt work so we asked form more batterys, and the coffee maker has a mind of its own..so we asked for a kettle..all were done within the hour..great front of house service all around so in summery, great hotel, great location, sea view balconys deffinately worth the extra for sun until 3pm jacuzzi not worth the extra unless its summer, was far too windy and cold to use in feb thats for sure , the position is ideal and the surrounding area feels safe but quiet if you want nightlife this isnt the resort for that , its very chilled, more suited for a restful, relaxing child free holiday..which is exactly what we wanted. I would return but maybe in early summer or autumn when the weather might be a touch warmer

We stayed for a week with b&b and it was very good. The breakfast buffet was lovely and extensive. The rooms were cleaned daily. The on site hydro spa was a nice touch. Unfortunately when we went it was bad weather so we didn’t sample the infinity pool or the other pool. The location is fantastic - on the beach front and a stones throw from the square. If we venture back, we’ll be staying here!

The hotel is designed for good weather. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful during our stay - wet, windy and cold, The hotel seemed to act as a wind tunnel and therefore we did not particularly enjoy our stay. The staff however were very good, helpful and kind and the food quality and choice was good.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a hot tub on the balcony but the weather did not encourage us to use it. The meals were buffet style and extremely plentiful with an amazing choice of different foods. We felt, however, that the hotel was too big and the restaurant was often very busy. We had several minor problems with our room but they were all dealt with very promptly. Because of the size of the hotel, we had a 5 minute walk to reach the facilities and exit. The location of the hotel was good - right on the beach promenade and close to many shops and restaurants etc.

The hotel faces on to Playa las Cucharas. The impressive reception leads through to a courtyard with a large infinity pool and sundeck opposite overlooking the sea. Most of the rooms are in a square around the swimming pool and lounging area. Our room was on the ground floor with a small patio leading out to the seating area around the pool. The accommodation had a large comfortable double bed and a hot tub which took up a lot of space. The shower has a glazed partition to the room so you can continue watching the flat screen tv while showering. The wc is separate and the room was equipped with a coffee machine, mini bar and wardrobe. A kettle was available on request. The hotel has a large dining room where breakfast and dinner are buffet style with a very wide selection of hot and cold dishes available. In addition the pool bar and sports bar serve meals during the day. The lounge bar has entertainment in the evenings. Although we booked bed and breakfast it seems the hotel includes half board in the tariff. This allowed us to sample some of the excellent restaurants nearby without feeling we were losing out on our room rate. The staff were very friendly and check in and check out was handled efficiently. All the bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and conscientious. Altogether a comfortable well run hotel and we would be happy to return.

Booked a sea view room and was given an upgrade to a suite which was a bonus...Lovely sea views ...weather was really poor for the 6 nights we were there,so the hot tub on the balcony was a nice way to unwind ....Hotel very relaxing ,would re visit hopefully with a lot more sunshine 🌞

Hotel was amazing. Booked it for my partner 30th birthday and from start to finish it was lovely food , staff , hotel and location it was just perfect I will defiantly be booking again but when it’s warmer

A very stylish hotel, geared for couples only. Our sea/beach view double room with wonderfully comfortable huge bed was great. Balcony with jacuzzi great but jacuzzi small. Food OK, staff are excellent with nothing too much trouble. Spa very good. This place is right in Costa Teguise with beach right on your door step. Nice pool and infinity pool. If you just want to unwind as a couple this is a great place to be.

When arriving at the hotel it's very modern, stylish and chic. It certainly looks the part and we were very excited about our up coming weeks holiday. Check in was fine, we were given a welcome drink and our luggage was taken to our room... very nice. You have to pay 3€ per day for the safe which is charged to you room, charging to the room seems to be the preferred payment for this hotel which we found out later on. We paid for all Inclusive but were not give a wrist band or any indication on how your all Inclusive works. Our room was awful, we were right on the corner, in the shade and facing a wall absolutely no view apart from the corridor that ran right next to our room so everybody walking past could see in. It had a hot tub inside which made the room very small with no counter space to put your toiletries... our heating didn't work and the room was constantly dark, cold and damp. This was made worse with the weather that has been horrific, we have only had about 8hrs sun in the whole week, nobody can be blamed for the weather but it certainly made our stay less comfortable. As there was no ventilation in the room the wardrobe has a mold smell which carry off on to our clothes. We soon discovered that when ordering anything from the bar/restaurant we had to constantly give our room number, explain we were all Inclusive and NO WE DON'T WANT IT CHARGING TO THE ROOM. On the odd occasion this was misinterpreted and on checking the room bill addition items had been charged to our room, these were removed when made know....seriously though, just give me a wrist band!! Because we were all Inclusive we were not allowed a bottle if wine unless it was at dinner time in the restaurant, 1 glass at a time could only be ordered....unless we wanted to order room service and charge it to the room, NO MAN!!!! Luckily there is a spa round the corner in which I had to buy water and bottles of wine, it is the first all Inclusive I have been too where I've had to buy my own water. The drinks/cocktail menu is probably the best I have seen and the cava is to die for, a good range of 8/9 cocktails which are on A.I plus more if I would like to pay and charge to my room...NO THANK YOU. I found the food very hit and miss, the dinning room had NO system whatsoever.. you enter the carnage, find your own table, hope is doesn't get pinched while you attempt to get some food, the food is plentiful with lots of choice but for me it was cold, every time cold. Champs sports bar has some nicer, warmer food but a very scary looking chicken burger that unfortunately wasn't chicken... The hotel pipes through air freshener at such a strong rate... in the lobby bar it resembles pledge or fly spray, it is too strong and meant we couldn't sit in there. The live bands in Champs bar were ok, the staff all round are very very nice and probably don't get the credit they deserve. As the weather has been so bad I developed a really bad cold and couldn't get out of bed for a day, this didn't help with our room being damp, so needless to say I am very much looking forward to going home tomorrow which I have never done before. A lovely stylish retreat but I have paid less and got better for it...for me it's the little things that make a great holiday.

Gorgeous rooms - sea view beautiful ! The staff are charming and extremely helpful. So much to see and do around the hotel and very easy access to public transport. The rooms are spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable .. they even have English channels on the TV. :-) The food is of a high standard and the bars are excellent. You have the choice of cocktail bars or sports bars in the hotel ! Genuinely a fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend !!! Ooh also nightly entertainment .. really great choice for a fabulous holiday !
