Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a kitchen with its central island, open to the dining room with its wood stove, a living room, a bathroom, separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, accessible by the stairs from the main room, two bedrooms (a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed). Accessible by a staircase on the living room side, an open bedroom (140 cm bed) and another small bedroom (a 90x200 cm bed). Outside, relaxation lounge and garden table, with lawn area with trees and flowers. By crossing the small road, you have access to another lawned garden. Parking provided on the other side of the small road for two vehicles. Beautiful country house, whose decoration has been completely redesigned by the owner with taste and care: furniture and armchairs revamped for an atmosphere mixing the charm of the old and the contemporary. You will feel immediately at ease when you arrive. The two garden areas with flowers and trees will be conducive to relaxation, reading a good novel... If you want to discover the region, you will not miss places to visit: beaches 10 km away in Plestin les Grèves, the Valley des Saints at 32 km or even the beautiful coast of Granite Rose, jewels of the Côtes d'Armor at 31 km. The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player.
