Hotel was average. We will stay here again on our return trips.

There were cockroaches in my room! It was horrible.'

Check-in was smooth, staff was personable and professional. Room was clean and as advertised. I would definitely recommend and will probably be back.

Room was much smaller than shown online. Just enough room to move around the bed. No fridge or microwave, hairdryer or iron. Front desk was very pleasant. I've stayed at other Red Roof motels and been very happy with the amenities. No breakfast either. Overall, would not recommend or return.

You get what you pay for. The walls are so thin that everyone congregating outside (and there was a lot of that) kept me awake late and woke me early. The lights are on a motion sensor (odd), so if you sit in bed reading for too long, they turn off on you and you have to wave your arms around to get them to come back on. The wifi wasn't working when I was there.

Hole in the wall. Dirty towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. Dirty toilet. Noise all night. A pounding on my door at 1:30 AM and 2:50 AM. People out in the parking lot and walking around all night. Worst conditions I have ever experienced in a Hotel. To change to another room was not an option since the entire Hotel appeared to be of the same quality. Plan was to stay 3 nights. I left at 6:30AM and booked my remaining 2 days at another hotel. Do not stay here.

Basic low cost room, clean, with a great TV. Otherwise, no frills, and a bit dated. I am in Lansing frequently, and at about $55 this is the best cheap hotel in the area.

It was a great as usual helpful friendly staff clean room great cable selection wifi worked for free and fast

Great loved it will be back again friendly and very clean

Would not stay here again. There were two huge flies hanging out on the ceiling and some other bug. There was blood on the shower curtain. I felt disgusting staying there and ended up getting up at the crack of dawn to leave because I couldn't stand to be there anymore.

Room was clean but the lights went out In half of the room. In the morning water came through the vent in the bathroom from the upstairs room. Next door room had a dog barking incessantly all night.

This place isn't anything that special , but I have stayed at most of the other value/cheaper motels in the area , and this is the best. It is cleaned very well, has a friendly staff , and the price is excellent . Burger King is directly behind this place and is a 50 second walk which can be nice for those wanting a quick snack or meal.

It wasn't clean, and it was in a very shady zone. I booked on the other red zone but I was somehow redirected to this. The other one in Lansing is in a much better neighbohrhood.

The rooms were very comfortable for the price that we paid. The fact that they were modernized made for a good stay.

The room was very nice and clean. It was an exceptional value for the money. The only negative was the bed sunk in a little in the middle. Nothing drastic. I still slept very very well.

Put in several requests upon arrival including; a coffee pot for the coffee maker (since we were missing only the pot), maintenance (the tub filled up taking a shower), and a room cleaning (placed in a dirty room upon arrival). Housekeeping came the next day but none if the other requests were filled. Went back after my stay to speak with someone but the front desk was closed so they could get lunch at 11am.. Days inn and the ramada are a lot better for the same price.

The hotel was not crowded which was good for a holiday weekend but the hotel room was full of spiders. They were all over the room. I killed them in the corners of the room, in the bathroom and there were even spiders in the bed. They really need to spray. Other than that the room was a great value, staff was friendly and the room was off the main road.

Room was OK - bed was comfortable. Access (driveway) is a bit uncertain, but was adequate, Continental breakfast was pretty miniscule, with only coffee or bottled water for drink, and muffins and granola bars, and some fruit. Very small breakfast area with extremely limited seating. Overall, room was relatively inexpensive, but probably appropriate for the conditions and amenities. Seems to be an aged facility. Easy access to and from I-96/I-69.

The picture on the website matched the actual room. The room was okay for a quick overnight stay. The could have used a little more cleaning. The area was nice it had a lot of restaurants & mall very close by.

We booked a King Suite (with 1 king bed, small fridge, microwave & (non-working) safe). Check in was easy & pleasant and the room was nicely cleaned, spacious & had a comfy bed with better than avg hotel pillows. We were only staying one night to dine out & see Cirque du Soleil w/o having to drive back to Detroit. The room had nice attention to detail, nice bedding and a classy, yet comfy use of space & furniture. The only complaint we had was that the safe wouldn't lock and though the day was warm, the night got quite cold & the heater was blowing cold air. When I took a few extra minutes while checking out to inform the front desk of the heat not working, they simply said they'd tell maintenance. I would've preferred a small token of apology taken off my bill or my next stay at a Red Roof, but was not given any consideration (+there were no extra blankets, so we really were cold thru the night & morning). Other than the minor inconvenience of not being able to use the safe, and the major inconvenience of waking up shivering, I do feel the room and location were very nice & convenient.
