Good place to stay on a busy weekend at MSU. Staff was outstanding. Carpet in room needed repair.

room had no hand towels and a used bath towel was left hanging on the back of the bathroom door even after the room had been "cleaned". bed sheets were paper thin. didn't get any food from the continental breakfast because there wasn't much left on the first morning & the room was crammed full the 2nd morning so we wound up going to fast food for breakfast.

Stained bedspread, dirty carpets, leaking shower, mouldy shower curtain, missing remote for tv.

We got there and the staff was very unprofessional and rude. The rooms were dirty and smelt like smoke from the people before us even though it's a no smoking hotel and the people in the room next to us had a dog that barked all night long.. The toilet was really dirty was not impressed at all.

First impression when checking in are good. Hallways need to be monitored for trash just laying around. Elevator carpet is horribly stained and filthy - hope the company reads this and changes and it immediately. Was bad last year while staying there and hasn't gotten better. That being said, the room was pretty clean and bed was very comfortable, which is most important. Bed spread was not a king size spread, maybe for a full/queen, but didn't use it anyway. Coffee pot had coffee residue left in it - again did not use as hotel coffee is not strong enough stuff. I had to return for something I had left in my room frig later that afternoon and the front desk was very helpful. My item had not been turned in so they let me go back to the room for it and it was still there in the frig where I had left it. Cleaning staff had missed it. Overall, I would stay here again because it is comfortable and close to where I needed to be.

Our room had the smoke detector missing from the wall. Not sure how many codes that was breaking. Door would not self close. Came back 1 day to our room to find the door not shut, open to the world. Somebody else's key card in our room. Luckily nothing was stolen. Bed mattresses were in bad need of replacement.

We stayed here for new years eve last year. Got a jacuzzi room and swam at the pool most of the night and were the only people in there. The staff was so helpful and brought us an extra bed for the kids!

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it is convenient and safe. You will be fine if you don't expect much. If the hotel is full there won't be much left in the way of breakfast. Most of the staff seem disinterested in their job. When I stayed there two weeks ago the front desk clerk only made more coffee so she could have some, and then she disappeared.

The Hotel has just reopened, and is doing extensive remodeling. They were doing their level best to keep everything up to snuff. Yes I would return (after abut 3 months).

All the absolute essentials were decent. Extra amenities such as a small coffee maker were not provided. However staff was courteous when asked to for extra towels, which was appreciated.

I went there for one night with my daughter. we were well received and she was able to enjoy the small heated pool. A simple but decent hotel. An enjoyable getaway for a reasonable price.

The room was barely ready. The hvac in the room was broke, the hot tub/spa next to the pool was closed for repair. The coffee pot in the room was missing. When I returned home I see that they overcharged me $30.00, I will call for a price reduction [...]

This Hotel was ok. The room was clean. We were unable to get the Wi-Fi to work. There was a large group staying in this hotel and when we got to the breakfast there was nothing left. The front desk said they had cleared them out of everything, but this was the third day this group was at the hotel, so someone had not planned ahead.
