Upstairs: large mezzanine converted into a games area offering sea view and serving 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed with TV) and (2 90x190 beds), bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet with washbasin. Terrace of 95 m² and large plot with orchard of 2000 m². Yard for parking. Nearby, you can taste and buy oysters at the oyster bar in the oyster farming area, with a view of Bréhat as a bonus! 12 mins walk from the small family beach of Bonne Nouvelle. 4 km from Pleubian, famous for its Talberg furrow, 14 km from Tréguier, a pretty town full of character.
