Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: spacious living room with exposed stone (48.20 m²), fireplace / insert, very comfortable fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, wc. Floor 1: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160X200), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 10 m² mezzanine lounge, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Floor 2: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), 1 very large bedroom (4 single beds), bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Courtyard and private landscaped garden of 1500 m². In an old linen scutching mill dating from the 18th century, very beautiful stone cottage in a pretty green setting. Very successful renovation for this well located cottage 12 km from the Côte de Granit Rose and Tréguier, a city of character, from Paimpol and the Ile de Bréhat. Ideally placed to visit the pink granite coast and enjoy the many walks on the famous GR34 hiking trail!
