I liked it being close to sesame place. Property was clean, front desk courteous and responsive. Checked us in a few hours early.
Very dusty, the room furniture and light fixtures were not dusted properly. My kids started sneezing a lot as soon as they walked in to the room. I had dust the whole room.

Gym & pool area reason we booked. Overall, these were nice but gym maintenance poor. A lot of missing weights, pins missing in most machines to change weight. Could have paid $50 less down streer, and breakfast would have been included. Charging $18 for breakfast per person on top of that is insulting. Beds were nice, but fan and towel hanger in bathroom broken. Maintenance seems to be a low priority
There’s was stain sheets on the bed. There was no ice in the whole entire hotel. There’s also no microwave in the rooms, they would like you to rent one for $25. Housekeeping never came to clean the two nights that I was there.

The staff Was very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful.
Pool area was not taken care of (no towels available, pool deck was extremely wet and slippery at all times) bathrooms and rooms were old and dated and AC in room was not working properly. Good location and close to a lot of food choices and sesame place.

We stayed here before although rooms clean our room key on every visit would deactivate with stroller bags kids very inconvenient running to lobby to get fixed. On last visit key didnt work staff reprogram we open door another family in the room 3rd trip down to lobby. Parking is worst part after 9 pm your left to park far away in poorly lite dark creepy parking lot didnt feel safe.
