Room was shabby. Door was broken - lock didn't work, door hard to open.

Furniture was damaged. Cover for ceiling light in bathroom missing. Mattress uncomfortable. Cigarette smoke would fill the room from other people smoking in other rooms and outside. They advertised a restaurant and bar , but it was closed for renovation.

The first night I was there I slept well, but had bites on my feet in the AM. Each night I stayed there more bites appeared. Complained of bed bugs, and the room was changed. Found a bedbug on the sheets, in new room and killed it. Manager on duty, Maryalyce, implied I brought them in on my clothes. She said no bugs were found in previous room, so she placed a new person in the room! No refund was given since I booked through Orbitz. I have filed a complaint with Orbitz and am waiting for results.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My sister booked the rooms for a family vacation the reservations were messed up one of the rooms we're paid for but it wasn't showing up in the system Mary Ellen who was the manager on duty didn't have any knowledge of the system the hotel was just a hot mess the rooms were musty smelling i'm planning on writing corporate

This is not a hotel, this is more of a motel. This is not somewhere that you choose to bring your family on vacations. The hotel was in need of major renovations from the front to the back all the rooms need major updating. The parking lot needs to be replastered. The rooms were dirty the bathroom tub was dirty had a ring around it. this was just the worst. my room had 2 roaches. I will never stay at a days inn again in my life.

The room had a terrible odor as you entered. The carpet was in poor filthy condition, hole in bathroom door. I truly expected better. I paid $99/night, 2 nights, not worth it. I'll think twice about ever staying at a Days Inn again.

Was shocked that the hotel was a night life spot for Lancaster. Would have been nice to see that in the description when I was booking. I would not have stayed there with my family.

Nice location, property. Rooms could have used some higher wattage light bulbs. No kleenex in box, no shampoo. Room did not smell too good. Breakfast items were not all available, ie juice machine was not working. Would not have hired for my home whoever was doing updating to rooms. Staff was friendly, but did not appear that there was any management to provide direction. Curious to know if this is a corporate owned location or franchisee owned.

Room was generally clean. However, the remote was filthy. Made me cringe thinking about what kind of germs were on it. There were stains in desk/table chair. Bed we generally comfortable though. Not a fan of hotels where room door opens up right to the street. Kind of makes it feel like the hotels you see in movies where ladies of the night earn their living and/or where the villain hides out while on the run from the feds. Also, the wi-fi was spotty. I could connect to it anywhere EXCEPT IN MY ROOM. It was a business trip.So wi-fi is kind of necessary. Front desk had no clue what to do to help so I was left with no wi-fi whilst in my room. The continental breakfast was bad. They offered frozen "eggs" that you had to microwave. They had a waffle maker but an almost empty bottle of syrup. They had other options like watery oatmeal. That didn't seem appetizing.

Check in was slow. Three people behind the counter but only one person actually doing check in. While I was waiting to check in a person came to the counter to complain about a dirty bedspread and batteries in tv remote that needed replacing. Bathroom in our room was old and dingy. Room was small and in desperate need of remodel and cleaning. Will not stay here again. Room cost $149 and wasn't worth $50. This place is AAA rated. What a joke.

This hotel is very worn out and the attempts to update rooms is halfhearted. The towels and sheets seemed clean and the sink and restroom seemed moderately clean, but the walls were dirty, carpet stained and dirty and bathroom door falling apart. It didn't help that people are allowed to smoke in non-smoking rooms and that the activity in room next door could be heard very clearly.

Overall the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the only negative comment I have is breakfast. There needs to be a better way to get the crowd flowing in the breakfast room. My husband, the couple with us, and the other couple at our table all said the same thing about the crowd in the breakfast room and how difficult it was to even get a cup of coffee -- extreme slow lines, too crowded, etc. etc.

The staff was always friendly and courteous. That was about the best I can say about this hotel. The bed linens were dirty but the staff did take care of this problem quickly. The refrigerator did not work. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows seemed old and were very lumpy. Breakfast was nice--- oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, toast, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal and milk. There was plenty of parking and for the most part was plenty of light at night.

Hotel is run down. Needs major upgrading. Aesthetics & appearance are dissapointing. Not worth the price. Hotel looks dirty, rooms are ok, comfortable but outside grounds aren't. Breakfast was ok, staff in charge of the morning meal was very helpful. Front desk,bad customer service maybe they require training. Only 1 person to assist several clients. I had trouble checkin because they could not accomodate my request for a crib. According to reception they could not accomodate me and my infant child w/ a crib because we checked in after hours. I could not properly check out because they had issues they werent able to trouble shoot. Would not recommend.

When we went to our assigned room, the mattress and box spring were off the bed and the room was a mess. We told the clerk that we could not stay at this hotel and she told us she didn't blame us and she wouldn't stay there either. Went to a Comfort Inn that was fantastic. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I saw dirty chocolate on the floor, and I can tell the land scape was not clean, not maitain well. Little bit scary looking staff

This is a decent motel. It's not flashy and it's certainly an older building, but the room was secure and clean. There was a continental breakfast, but since we were in a hurry and the motel was very busy, we didn't take time to eat there. The location is pretty good, close to highways and most everything in the area of Lancaster.

The only nice thing about this play was it had a refrigerator and a microwave. Narrow stairways to get to the second floor. No elevators. Not designed for people in wheelchairs or parents needing a stroller. There was the same garbage on the grounds 3 days in a row. After 3 hours of getting my child to sleep maintenance knocked on my door asking what color microwave I had. Waking up my child after a 5 minute nap. All of the workers would walk around smoking. They were nice friendly though. This place was falling apart. Blood stains on mattresses and hair in tub. Not worth 260 for 2 days.

The woman in charge of breakfast was a delight. The hotel was full but she kept everyone happy and a smile on her face. Just imagine, kids screamin, etc. but she reached out to everyone. I think her name was Luz. Also staff graciously opened our room for us right after we just checked out I had left my purse. I think management does not realize the treasures they have in their support staff.

bed bugs

Blood on sheets Bite on top of foot. Bite on leg. 3 bites in a row, characteristic of bed bugs.
