Stayed here again last week and it never let's me down. Outstanding are made feel so welcome......carvery /buffet is brilliant and such excellent value.....and the new deluxe rooms are fab and remind me if the old Hilton slogan...."take me to the hilton" .....because nothing else compares Thank you

Stayed here a few times over the years. The rooms sea view was absolutely mesmerising. Slightly warm the day we came here and the cool breeze with the sea view was just amazing. Staff were nice and breakfast was good too.. The hotel needs a slight upgrade as it’s not had one maybe since it first opened .. other than that everything was good.

My wife and I recently had a stay at this hotel, initially we were pleased enough, (we're easily pleased) the Hotel is very dated but the room and staff and breakfast was o.k. apart from the Duty Manager . What really spoiled our stay was when we had left the Hotel my wife realised she had left her wedding ring on the bedside table. We immediately rang up and explained how and where it had been left, the Hotel never got back to us, we had to keep chasing them only to get zero assistance and to be told that it had not been found. Surprise suprise their chambermaid who entered the room after we left never saw / found it, ah well in the hands of the police now. Note do not leave anything of value in your room when you leave!

Stayed with work for 1 night. The food was absolutely superb (fish and chips). All the staff from reception to bar staff were excellent. Room was far better than some reviews have mentioned well done everyone.

Hotel check in was fast and reception staff were lovely . Our room was stunning king suite. Can't fault the breakfast as well that was included in our price . Our main complaint was the room next door put in a complaint about noise and our phone went in the room at 3am . Reception said our tv was too loud and could we turn it down . Our tv was not even on and she was told this by my partner . A couple of minutes later the door went . It was the duty manager . When opening the door to him he was really rude and said he had been standing there for 5 minutes listening in . He explained the same as the receptionist there was a complaint about a loud tv . Once more we told him the tv was not on . He said it was code word for being noisy being intimate as he had been listening and heard. I'm extremely angry and embarrassed at this as he was practically a peeping tom listening in to us . We were not being loud and any way and he said the room next door had kids. We booked this suite to get a break from my 5 kids and of course your going to be loving with your partner. This brought me to tears of upset after he left our room door . I felt so ashamed and didn't want to be there anymore . My partner then got dressed and went down to the reception and asked to speak to the duty manager again . Since he managed to get dressed but previously up outside the room he was left stood in his underwear while trying to explain himself. The duty manager came out again and basically once more was rude to my partner saying people work all week to come here and relax . This comment made my partner furious as he works in his own business very hard and had come to relax as well . Duty manager made him feel like he was a silly young man . He then was told after he walked away the room next door started banging the walls and putting the hairdryer on and slamming doors . There kid was crying and this was not the case when we were in the room together . They woke there own child up . I wonder if he took our complaint any further . Probably not. Anyway at the end of the convo with my partner he was asked if he would like a free breakfast which he said no to as we had already paid for it . Then he tried to offer him 2 more hours in the room . I mean what good is that when u are going home at 12 . He then said he would sort something with money with was never done . I myself waiting till I was checking out and I asked to see the day duty manager . After going into all the details he was extremely understanding and sorry for the way the night duty manager had treated my partner and myself . He said that it would be passed to the hotel manager and followed up . I am hoping that we will be contacted and apologised to further to this . I would state that if they have couples booking into a king suite not to put families next door . We paid the same if not more for one night at 149 pounds and walked out with with nothing but embarrassment

Brilliant hotel. Great staff, really welcoming and eager to help. It is easy to travel to and from the hotel and the views from the rooms are fantastic ! Beds are comfortable and the showers are fab ! Food is served buffet style and is really good quality - would highly recommend!

We had a recently refurbished room with a sea view on the 7th floor and it was a good size and well fitted out with fridge in room. The Promenade Restaurant is the venue for all meals. Breakfast is self service with good choice of cereals, juices, fresh fruit and bakery items, with a good range of freshly cooked hot items also available. The Restaurant then offers a good Table De Hote Menu on certain evenings and a Carvery with other hot dishes available also on the others. The food quality and indeed quantity was first class and we found the staff very good and nothing was problem.

Upgraded recently, the Hilton Blackpool offers good value and has great facilities. Quick warning though... a lot of re-modelling has taken place on the 7th floor which has included wafer thin walls. Noise level is bad and if you end up facing the road get ready for an uncomfortable night.

Booked here for three nights and on first impression wasn’t too bad until I got in my room! Run down rooms showers and bathroom in bad condition stains all over the carpets mould every where in the bath room- very disappointed especially for a 4 star!! I complained at the reception because I got a card in the room stating ( if you’re not satisfied let us know and we’ll make it right) well they did nothing! Be warned this hotel is the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed in and we picked this hotel because we stay a lot in the Hilton hotels around the country and are usually spot on! Give me premier inn over this hotel any day! Very disappointed and especially for the price you pay! Worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stopped in!

This hotel is tired, and long overdue for refurbishment. There is no wi-fi in the rooms, and in the 21st Century it is unacceptable to have to go to the lounge or reception to connect. The TV in the room had only about 11 channels. No Freeview, so no radio or +1 catch up channels. The window in my room was so dirty I could only just see the sea
