Came to stay last Sunday evening with my partner for our anniversary..check in was nice, young man was training so took a little longer but I didn’t mind, as I work in a Hilton myself. We were upgraded, however it was a nice room, there were coffee stains all over the carpet, it didn’t seem newly refurbished but had a lovely sea view. The beds uncomfortable however. The layout of the hotel is slightly strange. However the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room came with breakfast which was nice, not as impressive as some Hilton’s I’ve been to however was enjoyable. We also dined in the restaurant, staff were attentive, however with it being a Sunday we could either have an a la charge menu in the restaurant or choose of the normal menu in the bar area. We opted for the bar so that we weren’t restricted and my partner is a fussy one and didn’t see anything he liked on the restaurant menu. The only thing I would say is the seating is very awkward to eat a meal on, low tables with arm chairs isn’t the best way to enjoy a two course meal. The hotel itself needs a refresh as it is a bit dated, however it is close to all the amenities in Blackpool. It’s just a shame there were no Christmas lights on during our stay and many attractions were closed or closed early. Thank you for a nice time. And for the validation ticket for free parking!
Dear Hilton Group, the hotel in Blackpool really needs a cash injection to give it a bit of an uplift. It’s tired looking, very dated, furniture & furnishings are worn and the king size room we stayed in certainty isnt worth the £150 for the night., room only., especially when the window wouldn’t open! It all just needs a little bit of tlc! On the plus side well done for the natural duvet and pillows! They were lovely and helped towards a very comfortable night’s sleep, a fabulous change from the cheap & nasty synthetic bedding that most chains seem to favour.
A basic family room with twin beds and camp beds. Slightly fuzzy tv with freeview but all necessities and clean! Consistently excellent customer service after dealing with a wide range of staff (gym, Reception, Duty Manager)! We checked out and then back in again and Luke sorted this for us without a fuss!! Gym and pool are great and the breakfast was superb!! Lovely Duty Manager on Sunday morning!! Slightly noisy on Sat eve with xmas parties but this is to be expected staying at a Hilton hotel in December! Thanx Hilton! We will be returning again next year!!!!

just returned from a wonderful 3day break at the Hilton hotel absolutely brilliant time Thank you Mr David Ali for a first class meal and service will be seeing you again in the near future. Reception staff very polite and room spotless, bar staff could not do enough for us first class service all round
On first entering the Hotel it was a bit like a mausoleum it lacked atmosphere a bit like the façade of the Hotel whilst the room was pleasant there was no complimentary water in the room which I would normally expect, the bed was ok but had seen better days I found the staff pleasant and generally helpful.
Another business trip to Blackpool and revisit Hilton Blackpool. Expected the hotel to be very good and found it to be good at best. Reception staff not fantastic hotel entrance bit of a building site room adequate but no more overall just average.
Just stayed at Hilton Blackpool for a business conference, Monday 27 through Wednesday 29 November 2017 I was allocated a ‘tower’ view room on the 4th floor, room 415, the window was so dirty the ‘tower’ was a haze in the distance, the room was tired with marks on the carpet, seats, furniture and walls My room was not properly cleaned and I requested towels, soap and bathroom items to be replenished, after using the gym, I requested the receptionist to contact housekeeping for the above, the bathroom items were not replenished. I had to visit the main reception to request (again), the items were replaced between 19.00 and 23.00 The desk lamp was defective, for which I requested a repair, on two occasions, this was not repaired on my departure I have attached photographs of my room, bathroom, filthy coffee cups, filthy window and door fittings Hilton Blackpool, I would not recommend you, as the service and standard of the hotel does not deserve the ‘Hilton’ brand name, the photos will speak for themselves
We stayed here again with three of our grandchildren in a family room whilst visiting the illuminations. The room was great with a very large room containing a queen bed and a double ‘put you up’ bed and a smaller alcove area off the main bedroom with twin bunks and its own tv. The queen bed was so comfortable. What really surprised us was the hotel was very busy with a union conference and therefore we thought that the following mornings breakfast would be a little chaotic with long waits. Nothing was further from the truth, several empty tables available and plenty of food to choose from, all of a very good quality. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly so we will have no hesitation in returning another year.
