We loved the convenience of our efficiency unit. The continental breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, & the pool & patio were terrific for relaxing!

The kitchen setup was nice, and coffee pot in the room, the desk was on wheels so you could position it away from the wall, newer facility so everything worked well, breakfast was good for a serve yourself sort of setup. I'm accustomed to a softer bed, so I didn't sleep as well as normal. I was on the 3rd floor, so when whomever flushed the toilet above, I could hear the water in the pipes, not such a nice sound to wake up to.

Staff was extremely helpful. Continental breakfast was amazing. Hotel rooms were nice and clean.

Management staff lacks integrity when addressing customer complaints.

This is a brand new Marriott. I frequently stay at Marriotts and have earned Platinum Elite status. I'm obviously a frequent traveller. I have never left a bad review for any business, until today. The hotel itself is beautiful and brand new. Approximately about half the staff was courteous and exceeded my service expectation. Some of the other staff members seemed untrained and disengaged with their jobs. Then I tried to check out. The check out process took in excess of 30 minutes. When I approached the front desk to check out there was no one there. After just a few minutes a young lady came out from the office behind the front desk where it was obvious a staff meeting was occuring. She spoke so softly, and with such a lack of confidence I could not hear her. After about an additional 15 minutes of her trying to provide me with a bill showing a zero balance, and about 20 sheets of printed paper, she was unable to generate a paid receipt. At that time I asked to see the manager. She interrupted the meeting and the General Manager came out. It was now obvious why some of the staff was untrained and disengaged....it started at the top. The GM was simply worthless. he did not know how to work the computer or speak with customers. After about an additional 5 minutes Justin asked if he could email me my bill later that day. It is now 2 days later and 3 phone calls later. I have no return call, no email and no paid bill. Justin needs to be replaced!

nice hotel brand new! general manager terrible!
