Tried check in at 300pm .She said I could but it be a $25 charge! Its 95 degress outside . first said she all the rooms were dirty.then at 400pm She let me check in. Restrooms in the lobby locked. Get to room 3rd floor hot as heck by 1000pm the room cooled off. Ive stayed there many times but was the last. No coffee or nothing for the morning . then self check out. Nobody there.

Very dirty. It cost over 200 for one night. Horrible. Never will I stay there again

Our check in took over 2 hours. We had to wait in the lobby which was not air conditioned and along with about 20 irate customers. When anyone would ask what the problem was, the counter person and manger would not answer or explain anything. There was no breakfast in the morning. The room we were in did not have a fully working A/C unit. The sheets on the pullout couch bed looked like they were on there for a long time. The headboard was dirty. Just a horrible stay and we will never go back.

In the lobby waiting to go three hours to be checked in when I was pre-register fights were taking place people are very angry and very upset. Was very uncalled for their rooms need to be updated . Let’s just say I would never go back there again. I almost slept in my car next-door at Walmart parking lot.

Checked into my room and it was infested with ROACHES!!!!!!!! Also waited in line for almost 2 hours to check in. Worst experience I have ever had in all my years of traveling!! This hotel should be shut down by the board of health!! Couldn't even stay in room for 5 minutes there were so many roaches.

This hotel was closed. When I got there to check in, well within published check in times, the front desk was closed. Until the next day. After Orbitz tried best, and failed, to resolve the issue, I had to search for an alternate accommodation at 11.00PM. Looked like a bunch of jokers running the show with no care for even the most minimal customer conveniences. Not sure why Orbitz chooses to do business with this sort of an unreliable partner, damaging its own reputation in the process.

Rooms were in need of updating and in need of dusting. Continental breakfast consisted of a muffin or cereal and juice or coffee. There was a microwave oven and a toaster, but not sure why. There were more than 5 police officers in the lobby in the morning because of some incident that occurred.

It was ok, only issue was the hotel was hosting a Halloween party, so there was quite a bit of noise so hard to go to sleep until after midnight. The continental breakfast would be better if replaced with some hot options.

The staff was excellent and the room was comfortable. Some stains could have been cleaned off the walls better, but overall it was decent for the price. The bar attached was quaint in the afternoon and lively at night. Overal, well worth the price paid of $95 a night.

Arrived a day early. No problem. Were given the on-line rate. Day 2: Continental breakfast was cereal, stale muffins and bagels. Went out for breakfast. Housekeeping didn't clean our room. I was handed some fresh towels at the front desk. Day 3: Went out for breakfast. Housekeeping did a nice job, but after they left our electronic touch-keys no longer worked. Went downstairs to have them reprogrammed. Day 4: Went out for breakfast. Housekeeping again did a nice job. But, again the keys didn't work and had to go downstairs to have them reprogrammed. Day 5: Stayed extra day. Was again given the on-line rate. Very nice.

I used a travel site to book this hotel stay. The attendant at the front desk took 30 minutes to find my reservation that I had made online about 12 hours prior to arrival. It was 3am so I was exhausted and annoyed! The room was acceptable but smelled moldy and the sheets felt damp. I was glad breakfast started at 6am because I had to work at 7.

Beds were not comfortable - sagged in middle.

No one was at counter - had to call out for help. It is clean, but many empty buildings around it. Not some place I would stay on Vacation. Ok for 1 night.

the stay was fine for the one night travel stay I and my child needed. [...] Did see a insect of somne sort crawling that morning on the alarm clock, was told that the restaurant would serve breakfast sunday morning from 6-10 am and it was closed. Good thing there are a lot of other places to choose from of the main street. Staff was friendly just rushed the two tmes I called about my reservations other than thatok stay for price.

Requested non smoking, had to argue with the manager to get one, all non smoking request are if available.

[...] The Hotel Pool was only open from dawn to dusk. We was in town for a funeral and was gone all day long.. It also advertised high speed internet, This was only available using their one computer in the lobby in what they called a "business center" not as other hotels that offer high speed internet in the rooms for the same price(some times even cheaper). THere was not even a free continental breakfast that was offered. There was only two packages of coffee in the room and once that was gone you had to go to their dining room and pay for additional coffee and breakfast. The water pressure was horrible. Hardly any. In fact I refused to take a shower there. I went to my Aunts house and took one there. Had I known what this hotel had been like I would have rather stayed at the local Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn, etc. Very Very unsatisfactory

The hotel looks nice on the outside but I was a little disappointed with the rooms themselves.

I was there on a basketball tournament, And after a long day of playing all you want is a soft bed. And that bed there was not that comfortable. And the parking was to far from the entrance, when you have bags it seems like you parked 2 miles away.
