The Space:
This is large 3/2 Spanish style home was built in 1925 and has been lovingly preserved, restored and updated with a ton of original character and new upgrades!
It sits on a large half acre lot and there is plenty of parking for two vehicles. It is also a short walk down to Lake Parker and a wonderful coffee shop! The home has great outdoor space + a pool that's shared with the cottage next door.
Your family will have plenty of room to enjoy and spread out in this beautiful home!
