Bed was very hard. Shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. Free breakfast was just two waffle makers.

There were dead bugs in the room. On the floor of the bath and main area. They tell you there is a small continental breakfast. But there was none. Not sure if an employee did t show up or what happened. I will not stay here again

Recently remodeled. Comfy beds. Requested numerous times to have room refreshed over a 3 night stay and no one ever came to do that. They just dropped off towels (after requesting only). Never emptied garbage. Someone picked up their dog’s doodoo and left it on a ledge and no one ever cleaned it up. Indoor pool was green, cloudy and slimy. No continental breakfast or breakfast options onsite.

The price I paid I expected a nicer facility and the amenities aren’t as nice as what the pictures claim

Would have liked a map of facility. Only had continental breakfast on Friday morning. Saturday and Sunday we could have gone to restaurant but didn’t want to eat at a buffet.

Had it not been for a bad check in experience we probably would have been happier with our stay here, but once a visit starts badly it is hard to recover. Once we were in our room we dropped our luggage and were headed out to an appointment. Before leaving we used the restroom to find that the toilet didn't. I went to the front desk to ask for another room. I was informed by the clerk that they'd call maintenance instead. I explained that we had an appointment and couldn't wait and again asked to be moved. She said it would be too confusing since the other rooms were assigned to other guests. I asked why I couldn't have the room with the working toilet and the guest that wasn't there yet get my room once the toilet was fixed. She then explained to me that she'd already done me a favor by letting me check in at 2:00 instead of 4:00 and that it would mess up "her system" to move us to another room. I went back to our room to call around for another hotel. On the way to the desk to check out the maintenance man showed up. He “fixed the toilet and off he went. I say “fixed” because when we returned to our room at 10:00 that night we found that the toilet wasn’t working again. The only saving grace about the whole experience was the manager the next morning. She apologized for the inconvenience which the clerk the day before hadn’t bothered to do. Then she got us a credit on our card for the trouble. I hope they use this as a customer service teaching/training moment.

Hotel was nice but we were disappointed that they no longer offer continental breakfast. We have small kids and that was why we booked that hotel.

Hotel was clean and the staff members were very friendly. They have made a lot of nice improvements to this property since we last stayed there in about 2012. We will plan on staying there again.

I received exactly what I wanted. It was an inexpensive room with all of the basics delivered as promised. The hotel has been updated nicely with no frills. The staff is great and the place is VERY clean. I’ll stay here again.
