Sleeps 27! Large Parties Welcome! Next to Shady Gators!

On mile maker 7 just a few steps to Shady Gators property sits the Bittersweet Rd Bunkhouse.

There is LOTS of space in this 5 bedroom house! The house is furnished to sleep up to 27 people with 18 beds and 4 full bathrooms. 3 private bedrooms on the main level and then 2 bunk style rooms downstairs. One sleeps 9 with a full bathroom and one sleeps 12 with a full bathroom. There are the kitchen essentials stocked such as plates, cups, silverware and cooking ware. There is also a charcoal grill. I do not provide the charcoal.

Large parties such as Bachelor and Bachelorette parties, birthdays, fraternity and sorority groups and family gatherings are all welcome here!!

Please keep in mind prior to booking that this is a property that is often used for large gatherings. Therefore, it has normal wear and tear caused by such parties. If you arrive and something isn't working properly reach out to me ASAP via text or a phone call and it will be addressed immediately.

anything broken during your stay will be charged to you from VRBO. This does included completely ruined liens.

There is plenty of parking on site. You have access to the garage for parking, the drive way and the gravel lot next to the house. Please do not park on the front yard grass.

Up to 2 pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please clean up after your animals. Please use a leash when taking them outside. There are food and water bowls on the property for your use.

For those family gatherings with young babies there is some baby equipment on site to make traveling easier such a Pack n Play, High Chair, bath tub, bouncer chair and miscellaneous toys.
Board games are also on site.

Washer and Dryer are for your use. There is laundry detergent provided.
