Too noisy to sleep. We wont go back again. One of the side doors didnt work so we had to walk from the back parking lot to the main entrance.
Gagan, the front desk clerk, was beyond amazing. We had some minor issues, but she was so friendly and helpful. I appreciated everything about her. As for the room, it was clean and the bed was comfy. They serve Seattle’s Best Coffee which was probably the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had and we really appreciated that as well.
Location was good. Key lock cards did not work on outside doors. The breakfast food was not fresh. Hard rolls, hard muffins and cold food. No extra coffee in room had to ask for more and was given one but had two people in the room. Poor light in bathroom, no fresh air. Windows locked shut. Poor lighting in room. Felt like they were just being cheap.
Large rooms accommodating staff and convenient location.
I enjoyed the great friendly staff. I would like to see some of the lamps feature USB ports as well. There is only one plug in on the lamps and those are also difficult to use because of the location of the plug on the lamps don't allow room for all of my electronics. Thank you
