Good breakfast, decent indoor pool and spa. Confortable bead - great for weekend soccer tournament. Slight criticism: Toilets are very loud and you can hear flushing above you at all hours.
Property has 2 elevators, but only one goes to parking garage. Was frustrating to have to go to lobby and then transfer over and wait for a different elevator. No WiFi in room, only in lobby area was frustrating since that’s where tv and eating/drinking area was. TV unable to support USB connection for display. Little inconveniences, but overall a nice property
We have accessible needs and we felt very accommodated. Initially our room did not have a shower bench but within 15 minutes of notifying them of our need maintenance was at the door. My spouse who uses a wheel chair and needs help getting in and out of the pool made full use of the lift. We made use of the onsite restaurant and absolutely loved the food items we ordered. We also ate breakfast and besides the buffet I was able to order eggs the style I like them. We enjoyed our stay!
I really liked our room, it turned out to be the ADA room, which was larger than the others. The only complaint I would have of the room was that is was a little noisy being next to the elevator and the ice machine. Fantastic breakfast, loved the fruit salad, very clean room and staff was great!
I liked the front desk help, Kealoha a gentleman was a huge help getting a reservation and Hilton Honors set up.
