Place smells and they smoke in the lobby. Not clean everything is falling apart.

We thought the would be a lower end budget stay, but were surprised to see how dirty the place was, the limited services (didn't even have an ice machine), and the non-existent staffing..... there was a phone on the desk and you had to pick it up to get someone to show up or answer.. the room phone didn't work, there were toenail clippings on the floor, rust in the bathroom, etc....

The fixtures were hanging on for dear life. Holes were in top of wall in restroom. Stains on some of furniture. Shower made a loud noise when running for more than 2-3 minutes.

Stay was nice rooms clean, employees pleasant and professional. Would stay there again. Thank you.

It was rated 3 star and it was not good. Please down grade the rating as it was not clean, it smelled, the rooms were very old. The rate was $155 before taxes and it was definitely not worth that. I know it was Masters week, but we will not stay there again.

Old building falling apart but clean considering. The staff was incompetent to say the least. The location is fantastic, just wish it was a nicer place

It's close to the lake. Room was comfortable. The only concern I had was that a side door was unlocked but it seemed that neighborhood was pretty safe. It's close to fast food restaurants to grab breakfast in case you don't like the continental offered.

If you need a place to sleep and shower, this hotel will do. If you're looking for somewhere to take the family for a getaway, STAY AWAY! The price is good, but should be less for the condition. In my room, the carpet was stained and the floor floated. Rooms are a mix of smoking and non smoking so the smell is faint all throughout. No elevator and the stairs sounded like they were about to collapse. The "continental breakfast" consisted of cereal and plastic wrapped muffins, 2 1970's coin operated washing machines and 1 dryer, staff was likable. There are a few places to eat in the immediate area.

If you like smelly rooms, circa 1980 furnishings, and moldy bathrooms, stay here. If not, STAY AWAY. The lure of the cheap rate drew me in on a college football weekend, but I have learned the hard lesson that there are some necessities when traveling that are worth the price. Competent staff for one. I had booked my room a couple of days prior to my stay, but the hotel clerk hadn't bothered to check email to see if there were any new victims...er, reservations. I then had to fill out a PAPER registration form (even though the room was already paid for via the online hotel finder website, of which he had been left a printout.) The clincher was the clerk then gave us keys...to an already occupied room! We were too disgusted to shower and got on the road 3 hours ahead of schedule just so we could put this place in our rear-view mirror as quickly as possible. And supposedly we got one of the nicer rooms! I'm usually very easy to please when it comes to hotels, but giving this place even 1 star is being too generous.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful! had to track them down sometimes but they were always beyond nice! the location isn't terrible. if you want to go somewhere to eat or have fun you do have to make at least a 20min-1 hour drive. ATL is an hour away which wasnt bad. it was a good hotel for the price! can't complain much. thre walking distance food restaurants but they are fast food restaurants. it's a nice little town. the necessary are around but nothing too fancy.

The location was covenient to 1-20 but that was about the only good thing. The bedding was dirty (red colored stains and random hairs). The room was very small. They only had two pillows (very small ones) and didn't seem too fond of the idea of giving us extras (they only gave us one). The people attempted to be nice but it was just over all not a very pleasant experience.

Staff not very good at communication - right off interstate but had a hard time finding someplace to eat dinner. Room clean but little run down

Room was very unkept. Rug was filthy the walls Were cracked and peeling. The smell of tabacco Was everywhere. Everything worked and the Staff was nice. Cannot recommend.

This establishment is rundown, dated, and unclean. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

Great location however this hotel was not to my standards. I would rather spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere nicer and cleaner.

Good value for money. Don't expect breakfast. Coffee was good. McDonald's available for breakfast.

Booked because advertised as "Pets Allowed" due to Dog Show. Pets were not allowed when arrived and required a $15 per dog/per day fee not advertised. Management staff was rude and threatening. Plumbing did not work well. DOG SHOW PEOPLE, BEWARE!!!!!

Nice motel , good service
