This was a lovely, affordable hotel with a neighborhood feel in an incredibly convenient location in Lucern. Within a day we felt at home in the area and even had a favorite restaurant and coffee shop. Friendly, multi-lingual, knowledgable staff. Would definitely return!

Property was nice for the price. The blow drier didn’t work great and neither did the air conditioning in our room, and it happened to be hot. There was a little shop down in the lobby, and it was close to other places we could go. Overall it was okay for the price

The location, breakfast and room were all good. ( Just a little noisy at night time)The front desk staff, in particular one of the guys, was the worst of all my travels. He never smiled, always seemed bothered when I asked for help, was dismissive, wasn't helpful, and seemed to go into the back office every time I walked in. On the day I left there was a friendlier gentleman, where was he during my stay???? Oh and of the two ladies at the front desk only one smiled....
