Small but comfortable room. Away from the noise of downtown.

Clean room...room small, only problem lousy shower...breakfast provided. Rooms quiet, walking distance to several places, will go back again for the price.

Located right near the channel, was walking distance to everything necessary. Friendly staff, who went above and beyond for us. Requested non smoking room, but if definitely had a strange smoky odor. Unfortunately, I booked on one of the most busy weekends of the year, so switching rooms wasn't possible. Overall a great deal!

Fecal matter in the toilet, mold and black spots on the shower curtain. I didn't get in until after 10pm and was so exhausted I just fell into bed (which was clean). Between exhaustion and poor lighting I didn't notice how dirty the bathroom was until the next morning and promptly asked for may money back. It was returned without apology and a demand that I be out by check-out.

Hotel was very dirty, and under construction! At bedtime called for extra pillows the front desk lady was so rude and said she'd have to check if they had extras but upon our arrival there were only 3 other people staying there so there should've been no reason for a couple extra pillows! Unfortunately we left and forfeited our money and stayed at a much nicer hotel!!! Wouldn't suggest this hotel at all!!!

We got in late, when we checked into the room there was no pillows. Instead of bringing us pillows they change are room to another room down the hall. So we had to move bags and items to another room. When we were getting ready to leave I was looking under beds to make sure I did not leave anything. I found a skirt that did not belong to me and two empty bottles of beers that also did not belong to me. The room was none smoking and it stunk of cigarettes.

Cheap, Tacky and Dirty. averagely maintained but the kind of place where the edge of the tiles in the shower is black because nobody bothers to clean the edges. walls cracked and dirty. I accidentally booked my dates a day to late, called the hotel and asked if they could simply move the stay forward one night since they had open rooms. They refused and made me pay for a extra night the day I arrived. and refused to let me cancel the last night of the stay.. Probably would not recommend this to a friend unless every hotel in Havasu was sold out.

Watching our pennies this motel was just fine for our nights needs. Friendly staff and a good value. Quiet location.

Room stunk, floor was old and full of stains, beads was hard as a rock. Stains on cielings and walls.

Registration was prompt and quick, the attendent was very cordial. The room is a typical 2 bed motel room that you will find any where else. It was clean and hospitable. The location is great..Lake Havasu is literally outside. You can take some cool photos right from the parking lot of the lake and the mountains. The only negative side is that there was no coffee pot in the room. There was a coffee maker but no pot...weird. If you are on a budget, I think you will have little to complain about staying there.

The place was being refurbished. New paint in rooms, but no frills. Hall carpets filthy and smelled of strong cigarette smoke, but new paint on walls. Room and bath were clean. If only Bed and bath were needed, that's about it. Desk staff persons were hard to find. There is a view of the lake, but it's not a selling point. We requested a non-view, thank you.

was just ok ac worked fine had to change rooms because we booked a single bed and they put us in a double bed room. had to stay in the handicap room. shower had no water pressure either

good location with free wifi; breakfast served

I was barely at the hotel. However, the ac really didnt work, if you open the window bugs come in. It wasn't bad for the price but I know of cheaper hotels that provide better quality

The A/C worked GREAT!!! The hotel is close to various dining choices. Taking a short morning walk to the lake shore is easy. During milder weather a walk to the London Bridge wouldn't be too far either. I really appreciated that they allow pets and don't charge high prices for them.

THIS EXPERIENCE IS ONE NEVER TO FORGET...AIR WOULD NOT WORK...OUTSIDE 11O DEGREES AND THE ROOM SHOWING 96 DEGREES AND THE STAFF TRIED TO SAY IT WORKED THAT WAY...FINALLY PUT A NEW UNIT IN....RUDE ABOUT PLACEMENT OF ROOM WITH PET...INSISTED WE TAKE A SMOKING ROOM FIRST...WE FOUND DEAD BUGS AND A DEAD BABY SCORPIAN IN OUR ROOM WHICH I FOUND WHEN LEAVING...FRAMING IT FOR A MEMORY OF THE WORST HOTEL...WHAT A THING TO REMEMBER! THE BATHROOM WOULD NOT FLUSH THE WATER SO WE USED THE TRASH CAN FULL OF WATER TO FLUSH THE COMMODE, IT SMELLED STRONG OF URINE SO I HAD TO KEEP THE DOOR SHUT AND RUN THE FAN...WE BOOKED THIS ONE FOR A VIEW OF THE LAKE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS TO HOT TO USE ANY BACK ROOMS...BAD MOTEL CHOICE..I CANNOT SEE THEM STAYING IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS...LOTS OF OTHER NICE PLACES THERE TO STAY..

Looked at the sights

T was the cheapest room in town so i did not expect any extras. the room was clean and quiet.

Hotel room was small and long, felt like it should have been a hallway. Room was very clean and bright, but had that thrown together feel, everything seemed out of place. Electrical outlets were not accesible for phone chargers ect. Refrigerator did not work well at all. Breakfeast items were fine and serving area was clean, but there was not enough tables and chairs to seat more than 4 people. One thing that stands out in mind is the push bar on the entery door to the lobby had a white protective cover of some sort that was just disgusting. It was stained and extremely dirty - yuk
