Dead bugs everywhere - dirty floors, dirty bathrooms - NEVER AGAIN

It's hardly worthy even 10% of what they charge. It's a cheap dirty place from where we run away a fast as you could. Staff was courteous.

Check in took a while because no one was there and the guy seemed like he wasn't happy and didn't explain anything. The outside of the room had spider webs and looked dirty. The room was small. The housekeeping Didn't come to clean the room at all for our 2 day stay. Didn't like this and will not be returning. Waste of my money.

Not your normal vacation people stay there.Long term renters in there going to work 430am on Saturday morning. Other riff raff there drinking beer outside till 1am.

We were to have a non smoking room; yet, the smell of stale cigarettes permeated the entire room. The carpet was not totally clean, and the curtains and bedding had a smell of cigarette smoke! The maid service was good, except the tissue box remained empty, just as it was when we came in. David was our check in person, and gave us a room key for 106. When I opened the door, the room was occupied! He quickly gave us the room next door at #107! That was the room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Bathroom was fair! Overall, not impressed with these accomodations!

Needs serious updating! Always are especially filthy. Wallpaper peeling on the walls, rusty Kleenex holder, ceiling peeling in bathroom -- should I say more?

Just don't stay there.... If you have another option. Or don't care if your room is dirty and smells like cigarettes. Didn't even bother to check out of the continental breakfast. I've stayed in low end places before, but this was the worst.

It all started at check-in. The man at the desk acted like we were bothering him. We did have a reservation and if no one stays then you lose a job. He was very rude and made us feel like we were bothering him just being in the same room. We didn't bother ask him anything else. In the morning we told the front desk person about our experience and told us to make sure to fill out the survey and if we happened to see the owner to let him know, at which she described him. She was very nice and apologized for the bad experience. She also helped us with what we needed. Housekeeping was very nice and also helped us out. The room was very small and crowded, and could use some touch ups. The rooms could have been cleaner but maybe housekeeping is being spread too thin, for there was a huge cobweb by the bathroom window. It must have been as big as a basketball. The breakfast didn't offer much, maybe they could add apples or some danishes. For a low budget hotel this was certainly passable. Would I stay again? I'm not sure.

This Econolodge was certainly convenient for my business trip which required time in Albany and upstate New York. Easy access from the freeway and plenty of amenities nearby. The price was terrific and easily meets all basic needs. However, the hotel has seen its day. It needs a basic remodel/upgrade. Water stains on the ceiling, molding pulling away from the wall, etc.

Maid was polite, breakfast was basic, room was clean. Motel was listed as pet friendly yet was charged to have your fury family member with you. (not right). Did not feed a friendly atmosphere with management overall. Too bad.

Went to stay at LG for the weekend and decided to try this place out. Upon checking in the woman at the desk was less than pleasant but I figured I could look past that. The place itself isn't the nicest looking but outside looks can be deceiving. I was wrong. Besides the room being small and had a terrible smell.. The comforter had stains on it and there was visible crust on the sheets. The bathroom appeared to have had an attempt made for it to be cleaned but the tub had strange dried substances on it so I decided not to use it. There was also a hole punched in the wall that was covered by a brick of wood. Never again for the price I paid.

hotel was okay. the guy at the front desk double charged my credit card. i will only go back here if it is one of the last places available.

The walls were thin making quiet rest and privacy impossible. One day out of my one week stay, I returned to the rom late and found it had not been cleaned or refurnished with linens. Very disappointing but great location. I would not make that choice again.

Its good enough if you just want a place to sleep at night at a low price.

We arrived at 11pm after driving thru a thunderstorm . We were to leave early down the road for 2 college visits and 9 hours of driving so we just wanted a good night sleep. When we went to the room, there was a party going on 3 doors down outside on the second floor walkway involving 8-10 people. It looked like it might go on for a while because there was a half full bottle of liquior sitting on the railing. We immediately went back to the office and asked for a room away from the party. After being given 2 dirty rooms, the attendant kindly walked us across the parking lot and gave us a room at their other hotel. It was a good night sleep away from party.

I spent two nights at the Econo Lodge and have been pleased both times. It's not an amazing, four star hotel, but the bed was good and the room was clean. It's a little more than I'd like to pay, but it is in a popular vacation spot, so it's still much better in price than many other hotels in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and was clean. The Air Conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. When I went to take a shower in the morning the water was really hot. Upon further examination I realized that no cold water was coming out. This made it basically impossible to shower without getting scalded. The cold knob turned just fine but no cold water came out. When I notified the front desk upon checking out the guy could not have cared less. No apology, no explanation. He seemed to think I was making it up.

room was clean, comfortable, walking distane to mall and resturants.Just wish the price was a little lower

I found it very inconvenient to arrive at the advertised Econo Lodge in Glens Falls, NY and being told I had to continue to the next highway exit and town and stay at the Rodeway Inn in Queensbury, NY. My wife and I had made plans for locations close to the Econo Lodge and had to abandon them when we were notified we couldn't stay there. I wasn't even offered the option of a refund and deciding for myself if I wanted to stay elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel to spend a weekend together. Well where do I start. First the room was too small I felt like I was in a box next the holes in the walls looks like they had rats living there. My girlfriend was MAD for the smell in the room . I just think it is to much to explain and it was not worth the money I spent Thats all.
