The Hotel Century provided me with the basics, a safe accommodation, overall cleanliness but is overpriced. For a bit more I would have gotten a beautiful room with top quality amenities but there was no availability for the dates I needed.
a la réception l'individu na pas répondu a ses questions .... le lendemain l'individu de la réception a été très gentil le reste de la semaine , il il m'a dit que a la l'arrivé l'individu ne comprends pas le français ( a Genève )....! les chambres son très petite
My 90 year old father had to cancel his trip because of illness and informed the hotel who refused to refund his $650 booking. Pure theft and zero consideration to seniors. Won't use it and recommend it..
The room was small but clean. The staff when we checked-in was rough and not very helpful. They don't pay attention to your complaints.
Not worth a 4* hotel considering the lack of services offered. The breakfast ist crowded and the room and choice too small.
would have given higher rating if it was not for two facts - minor renovation in lobby area unusual Heat in June and inefficient AC Young Gentleman at Front Desk was Exceptional! sorry forgot his name but would hire him for my operation ... Breakfast was ok for what is to expect what I thought was great is the fact that you get passes for public transportation! other cities could learn from that!!
