We had a wonderful experience. Nice room, better staff!!

Uneventful and nice. Just like we like it, no surprises.

I stay here for a few nights every week when I visit Geneva, and I love it. The rooms are comfortable and have everything I need. The staff is attentive and helpful, the location is very practical

First time stayed at this hotel. Perfect location surrounding all different varieties of restaurants. About 5min walking distance from central train station. Staff were friendly and nice. My room was upgraded automatically at check in since I'm a VIP member.

Very nice high end boutique hotel. close to the train station and the lake and the downtown by foot. Rooms are super clean and very modern. Staff was really friendly and kind. Thanks to Orbitz Status got upgraded !! hotel has also a backyard too !

location overall is strategic, but close to the red light district (rue sismondi). But if you can ignore that, then it is overall good. Sound proofing is poor, we can hear our upstairs neighbor walking and sounds from the street below very clearly. Staff is great. a bit expensive on add ons (eg, they charge 42CHF for TV access, breakfast not included).

The location is excellent, however no lake view. For the price we paid you would think breakfast should be included,,but it was not.. but that is very consistent with Geneva! Everything is very expensive even when compared to other European cities like Paris. Our stay was comfortable but not extraordinary

Lots of good restaurants within steps from the hotel.

We had a very brief but nice stay. Geneva is quite pricey, so it is a good value for the spot but expensive relative to what you get. Very good location and comfortable bed. For what I perceive to be a trendy hotel, it may need a bit updating, for example wood veneers bubbling up on bathroom counter tops. We would stay again.

As a one-night stopover in Geneva on the way to the ski areas, this was a great hotel.

I was only there for about 12 hours, bu the staff was accommodating, the bed was fantastic and it was overall a great experience. Its a little expensive, but for Geneva the value is good.
