Stayed here last July. Hotel is excellent and food of the highest quality. All staff are well trained and helpful. A beautiful place to visit and ideal for the trips we made. Room was excellent and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again.

It is a short walk into town but it is a lovely walk along the sea front. Desenzano is on Lake Garda and it’s everything you could wish for. The hotel is comfortable quiet and the service is impeccable.

Probably the nicest 4* hotel i have stayed so far. Very luxurious, comfortable, and a pleasant warm atmosphere. Rooms were clean and quite modern. The highlight was the breakfast. Something I'd expect at a larger 5* hotel, they did with excellent execution. Heaps of variety, and great selection of fruits too. I would stay here again any day

We stayed here in early September and its a lovely hotel, very modern, clean and immaculate. Location is great, a lovely 10 minute walk along the lake to the town where the harbour is. Like all the hotel the rooms were spotless and very modern and comfortable and we had a lovely side view over the lake from our balcony. We ate in the restaurant 3 nights, which was excellent, great food and service. The same room is used for breakfast, of which there was a large selection of food to choice from as well as tea. coffees, juice and prosecco. There is also a lovely pool area. Unfortunately we didn't get to try this out. Staff are friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back, hopefully next summer.

Anyone would enjoy staying at this hotel. It is efficiently run, very clean and offers a high standard of accommodation and extras. The choice at breakfast is extensive and the food is of very good quality. It is served until 10.45 and so if you want a leisurely start to the day, looking out over the lake and with a cheeky glass of Prossecco, you can have it.It is very well situated being no more than a pleasant 10 minute stroll along the lakeside to the town.

Beautiful view of the lake excellent breakfast very good room very clean mattress very comfortable pillows very comfortable five different channels in English just love it must to visit The location is very good close by to have a good a lot of good restaurants walking distance

Lovely sized room. Breakfast was Fab & the view from the Restaurant & patio was beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Pool area & pool were very clean & quiet. Desenzano was a short 10/15 minute walk from the hotel. A boat trip on the lake to visit other little towns is a must. I would definitely go back.

We got a big warm welcome when we checked in for our Honeymoon, and a bottle of wine and fruit platter as a gift in our room which was a lovely touch. The room was spotless and modern, only slight bugbears were the lighting as it was quite dark in places sometimes and the mattress was very hard, we both had bad backs by the end of the stay and we are only in our 30's, however we accept mattress firmness is down to personal taste. We got a very friendly greeting from reception every morning when we came down for breakfast. Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of cold options and eggs and bacon as standard hot options plus a number of extras that you can pay for should you wish. The pool area was clean and a good little sun trap and there is a pool bar you can order drinks from. We spent an evening having drinks on the front terrace which has an incredible view out to the lake. Reasonably priced drinks that usually come with snacks. The staff are very friendly, the service from the bar is sometimes a bit slow or forgetful so you may need to chase up your drinks from time to time but a small issue. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the centre and opposite an absolutely brilliant restaurant on the lakeside should you wish to eat out of the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, really lovely well run place.

Just returned from staying at the Villa Rosa Hotel in Desenzano, Lake Garda for our anniversary. This hotel is modern, clean, with nice little touches and a lovely atmosphere. We booked direct and had a junior suite with lake view and balcony on the 4th floor. The staff were all wonderful and very friendly. It was never a problem to ask them about where to go, what to see or how to get there. Great asset to this hotel are their bikes which are free to use, you do need to reserve these on the day. We cycled off almost every day and explored for miles in all directions taking in the scenery, with the occasional Gelato stop! Cycling to Sirmoine, very pretty place, was so easy and you can also take the bikes on the ferries to explore other areas around the Lake. The bedroom was a little small for a suite, but adequate and comfortable with super soft bedding along with tea/coffee facilities and fridge. Our only criticism was that the rain shower was a real let down. Considering money has been spent on the detail of these rooms and the whole hotel, there was no power in the water flow. We stayed on a B&B basis, and the breakfasts were plentiful and fresh, with a good selection. We understand it has a very good reputation for the lunch and evening meals – it always looked very busy, but we preferred to try out the local restaurants, which were plentiful and busy. We have previously stayed at hotels around the Lake and always request a Lake view with balcony, unfortunately this hotel has a fairly busy road between the hotel balcony and the Lake, although, you soon forget that once you take in the views across the Lake towards Sirmoine in the distance. Saying that, when the patio doors were closed you could not hear anything outside. We didn’t get time to enjoy relaxing around the pool (albeit was not pool weather), it looked tranquil and again immaculate. We would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at, from here it is very easy to get around the Lake and visit the many other areas.

We returned to this great hotel for the same fourteen night period as we did last year and the hotel reached the same high standards it met last year. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of food with fresh fruit, a choice of breads and cold meats and cheese, with hot food if required. The day starts extremely well with a glass of Prosecco and a choice of coffee. The rooms were clean and kept very well, serviced every day and the staff very friendly and helpful. We did not eat in the hotel in the evening but the food we had at lunchtime was well cooked and very tasty. The pool though a little small was well maintained and the area around it had a good number of sun beds and umbrellas. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a great base in a super resort for the opportunity to explore this wonderful region of Italy.
