I had a family situation come up and advised that we would probably have to check out a day early. The situation was explained to the front desk mgr. approximately 40 hours before we would actually have to leave and he said he would pass the info on to the hotel mgr. The following day, still more than 24 hours in advance, I checked with the desk mgr and was told that I would still have to pay for the day, even though we would no longer be there. I again explained the family issue but to no avail. I travel quite a bit and have never had a hotel refuse to recognize an extenuating circumstance. I am thoroughly disgusted with this “2nd rate hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

It’s not a Palace let’s just say. They charge for parking! Room is the size of a closet.
We were given room over the sewer and the garbage dump the smell was terrible when we asked to change they said the hotel was full though we saw lots of keys in the reception .
