The concierge bent for our every need, the grounds are extremely well kept, and it's intimate relative to the classic Lake Como grand hotels. The restaurant is superb, and can compete with any fine dining experience on the lake. I didn't expect to use the spa/bath facilities but they ended up being a real highlight as it enhanced the experience and our ability to relax (in a way you'd never get at the hotels across the lake). No riff raff, and you'd see the same hotel guests around the resort. We even made friends with other couples on the CastaDiva run boat tour up to Bellagio.
Absolutely amazing hotel and spa. I can't imagine there is a better place to be in Lake Como. We are counting the days until we can return again.
Cancelled our trip to cinque terre to stay here for 4 more days. Amazing views and the nicest spa I have been to (and have been to dozens). Service essentially flawless.
