The staff was very polite and the room was very nice
Communication about room cleanng was terrible. Front desk wasn't very helpful with even minor request. Had to sign out a foot stool to get my 83 year old mother into bed? Had to go to the desk for towels. Didn't clean the room even after we understood we had to request this service. BTW, we did not had to do any of this at our next stop.
Expensive for what it is.
They were great with check in. Property a good bit dated: A/C in rooms has not been replaced but same units in higher floor hall ways have been. We had to move because the AC was not working, even after sun down. For an extreme value this is a very good property. They have a CCS EV charger (Level 2). Oh so many dining options close by... a little more than walking distance.
