Stayed at this motel for work, and it was perfect for that.

well when we arrived we do not smoke and we got the most stinkest room. did not have any rooms avaliable. so we had to go get a candle and air freshners. So we had to follow the team so we cut the air on and in louisiana it is very hot . we got back and it was not even working right. i went to sit down on the bed and i looked at the pillow on the bed with blood on it so i throw it on the floor. so i sent my boys to another room to take a shower. then i had i blanket so i wrapped their pillows for they would be safe. then when i woke up my left eye was swollen. then i dryed my hair and looked up on the doorand there was blood all over the door.

A great place to stay. It was very close to many things. The room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly. There was one minor problem, but the staff corrected it immediately. Thanks to all that made our stay worthwhile!!!

Hotel is located in a good area, room was clean, value was excellent. Overall, would recommend this hotel .

The room was nice and roomy. The toilet "tumped" when used, but we informed the desk staff on checkout. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very attentive when we asked for something. We would stay here again. We just stayed for a getaway. We were pleased and comfortable with our stay.

The room had missing knobs from the drawer with sharp screws sticking out (i cut my leg bad on one) The sofa had spots of fabric missing and the a/c was off when we got there (it took 4 hrs to cool)

hotel was clean, but rooms small, pool small, ice machine broken.

cleaning Staff was not friendly at all so bad that my daughter had nightmares involving the cleaning staff, rooms are small and when I called to make reservation I specifically asked for a swimming pool for my girls and they informed me that it was working well it was NOT!!! it was completly empty no water. No toiletries.

We got a little lost when trying to enter the hotel because there was no entrance from the freeway feeder road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean, and they even came in and cleaned the room while we were out fishing. We were extremely disappointed that there was a pool, but it had no water in it- in the summer and a holiday weekend!

Valentine weekend casino getaway. Furniture was very uncomfortable, towels and wash clothes were rough as sand paper. We stayed here mainly because we were on a budget but, next time we will spend more on the room than at the casino!

We went gambling but the staff was very nice at the hotel. Don't get me wrong, but there was no way we could sleep for the fact that our neighbors sounded like they were getting in a knockout drag out fight. The Manager said he would move us but by this time we were so tired we just stayed.

Mattress has visable stains - Smoke alarm battery went dead at 5:00 am and wasn't even attached to the wall - previously removed.

Room not clean Not a true non smoking room

ok so the room was clean, it wasn't that hard to get too. but the beds were VERY uncomfortable. the grandpa that was the housekeeper seemed friendly enough but unless you spoke to him he just peered at you and it was kind of creepy. this establishment is more geared for construction workers rather than travelers. definately thought that it could have been cheaper, maybe the room prices are jacked up because of all of the casinos who knows...

Overall, I give this hotel a satisfactory rating. Although the beds weren't comfortable the helpfulness and preparedness of the staff made it an enjoyable experience. I would most likely stay at this hotel again.

For what you pay for the hotel was clean and not worn looking. The front desk staff was friendly but the operation is run by a middle eastern family. Everyone beyond the desk was rude. I asked for a couple of towels from the family grandfather cleaning the room next to mine. He looked at me as if I was a criminal and would give me additional towels until I returned 2 dirty ones. Not very customer friendly.

It started with my calling them directly to change my reservation and them saying that couldn't have happened, even though it was changed in their system. The room smelled of mold, the carpets were stained, the blankets were dirty, there were spider webs in the shower, and mildew in the shower. Never stay there again, or book a hotel on Orbitz.

We were coming in late at night and called ahead to make sure they kept the room for us. They were very reassuring. It was after midnight before we finally arrived. The ONLY negative about it was that our GPS took us to Dennis Road and would not take us to Dennis Avenue--we ended up in the middle of nowhere on a dead end road under a smoke stack! We called the motel--again, they, were very helpful and gave us directions--it was still not easy to get there at night. Once we did finally arrive,they were wonderful to us--we got to the room which was quite comfortable, slept like babies on good beds with lots of pillows, got up, had a free but small continental breakfast and were on our way.
