The email message Wyndham sent through Orbitz recommended pre-arrival checkin “to save time at the front desk”, so I followed the link and submitted the information requested only to have to provide much of the same information again at the front desk. The pre-arrival checkin was a waste of time.

Great place for our conference. All the facilities were excellent. Beautiful beach just an easy walk away.
Night shift not accepting a delivery that day shift stated they would accept. Night shift front desk having a bad attitude blaming us for not telling them what we ordered.
Worked out very well for the Disney Springs visit. Good choices were enough, and staff helpful. Pool large with plenty of seating. Only thing I’d request is they improve/update the very small and under-equipped fitness room…it’s not very good for a place charging resort fees.
Great location. Walking distance to Disney springs. However if your a person that likes taking Hot showers this place has light warm water in the shower. You’re freezing when you get out. Shower water is not hot at all. That is the only downside. Maybe they have old water heaters?
It needs to be more handicap friendly. The doors are very hard to open when you are in a wheelchair and there is no handicap button to hit. THE BARTENDER, BONNIE, WAS AMAZING! SHE OFFERED TO SHOW ME HOW TO USE THE HANDICAP EQUIPMENT AT THE POOL.. but it started raining. SHE ALSO MADE GREAT DRINKS! She made it fun to be at the bar and relaxing even though the weather was yucky. 12/28..
This hotel has a very nice entrance and a fantastic location however it is very old. The rooms show a lot of deterioration and only one elevator depending on your room area. I was expecting it to look very well kept when we first entered but it reminds me of an old Super 8 Motel. Also, everytime we tried to make our way to our room, we were always asked about the guest packages. Every. Single. Time.
Location is great but the room was very dirty. There was dried toothpaste on the shelf under the bathroom sink all over bathroom door frame. I put my 11 month old baby down and she crawled around for about five minutes and the knees on her pants were black. The floor was beyond filthy!!!
Self parking was a little tough later at night

Very close to Disney springs. We only had issues with hot water and low ceiling in shower. Other than that it was great

The property is in a convenient location, rooms in the resort areas are old, you can hardly get the rooms cool and ours was super musty smelling which caused our allergies to go crazy. Easy walk to Disney Springs tho, so if you go stay in the main tower, not in the resort rooms.
