Location location location is the key benefit for the swan and dolphin. This is my family’s fourth stay here and likely our last. Rooms are overall clean and extremely comfy beds. Pretty property and smells lovely throughout. Walking distance to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Disney Boardwalk. Very good dining options and we ate at Todd English Blue Zoo which was great. The problems with this resort lie with the customer experience, which is lacking, especially versus our prior stays. Front desk staff were inflexible when my child fell very ill on the first night of trip. We booked a refundable room. We were fine paying night one but wanted to check out early and move to somewhere with a suite to keep our six year old comfortable and no one was willing to help or discuss. Orbitz was great trying to help but Dolphin would not. Housekeeping was mediocre at best, often not cleaning the room until after 4pm when we were trying to get ready for dinner and then would have to come back later in evening after we left. Pool drink service was horrible. 60-80 minute wait for two cocktails was the norm even though they promote using the App to order mobile. For a luxury resort you’d expect them to be staffed to handle spring break crowds. From a value perspective there are not much better for this location, but know you will be giving up a ton of customer service to do so.

Great location

The water fountains were beautiful!

Great location. Clean quiet and entertaining

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel.

Rooms are outdated with some mold in bathrooms, weird smells, but great location if you want to walk or water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Staff was rude, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Don’t good.

Amazing time

Good stay

Can’t beat the Location

We were very disappointed with the room we got. We had stayed at this hotel before and never had issues. The sliding glass doors to the balcony would not open. I had to request to change rooms, and they game me one in the same area. We could never get the internet to work. It made an otherwise fun weekend be a hassle and stressful.
