We booked last minute for the Easter weekend in Annecy and comfort suites was a fantastic choice! We have a very comfortable stay there. Only down side is the walking distance to the Annecy town center but we knew this before booking. Overall great experience!!

The room and toilets lack of maintenance and sometimes had a strange smell. The kitchen was not completely clean. Lack of a table to eat. Sometimes we hear noises that difficult to have a comfortable night.

We stay there for a week and since our arrival the receptionist made everything more difficult, they don't speak english, they didn't had internet at our room, they literally make you feel unwelcome and even humiliated

Parking on site is extra. Breakfast ran out by 09:00 and they were already clearing the room, when asked about it, no answer, no coffee, no nothing. I feel sorry for the staff who were obviously embarrased, need their jobs and could do nothing about it, No soap in the dispenser in the room, asked for it to be refilled, guess what happened - nothing. Went to reception for a refund and got stuck behind two bikers who could not get a refund for the missing breakfast because they had paid cash and there was no cash on site. I had paid by card and they were able to refund me. The appartment was tiny and the corridors smelled. This place is a dump unless you are a cyclist and really just want a mattress. The TV had only one channel.

Location is the best feature of this hotel is the location then it goes downhill from there. Our room was small and crammed with furniture, it was obvious that the room was supposed to be a room with a double bed in it but they had put in in 2 twin beds. the first bed was ok as it was on the side of the built in cupboards so the was plenty of get to the other bed was more difficult as you had a choice of scrambling over the first bed or walking sideways between the end of the bed and the massive dressing table. There was no soap, or shower gel in the bathroom and despite asking for some at reception this did not appear. The hotel blurb stated that this hotel had been renovated in October 2015, they must have got in cut price builders as even amateurs produce a better finish. We had paid for breakfast for 2 days and on the 2nd day when we got to the breakfast room at just after 8am they had run out of Orange Juice, Coffee, bread and pastries. After a protracted conversation with reception we were able to get our money back for this. If you are looking for a Faulty Towers Hotel experience this is definitely the place to go.

It is the worst hotel ever Very Small, very dirty , noisy , scary at night and the staff are rude Far from center It was bad experience I will never book it again. No free parking It cost 5€ per night But there is free parking near from the hotel My advice Do not book this hotel

I book a large appartment last year via appertcity but it seems the company decide to step away from this place.... When I got the first room it was much to small and the bathroom was in extreme bad condition. I complain that and get another appartment now much bigger but the condition are still bad. Most of the thinks within the appartment doesnt work or heavily damaged. I use appartcity in other places and can fully understand why they cancel this place. If you plan to stay in Annecy dont stay here they're for sure better places.

The staff is rude, and the room is dirty. Worst, the daily room cleaning is not happening. The location itself is not bad as it's quite close to the center of Annecy, but it is definitely not walking distance as claimed. Very bad experience in general.

Hotel had a stale smell to it, especially on the corridors to the rooms (as noted by numerous other reviews). Room was very basic, shower went from hot to cold continuously. Upon check in reception was unorganised and unsure of reservation, then claimed we already had a key to the room, then asked us to change room, then on check out tried to overcharge us. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't take it as they charge €10pppn. Hotel room walls are very thin as could hear noise from other rooms (closing of doors/shower/toilet etc, noise that is unintentional and unavoidable from other rooms!). Hotel is about half an hour walk from the train/bus station (as taxis in peak season can be very difficult to get or even to book). Avoid like the plague. Or choose the plague instead.

The room was nice, but we had some problems: no wi-fi inside the room, we asked for a double bed and got 2 single beds, and cleaning didn't happen (no soap, no changing of the trash, no making of the bed). Also, hairdryer was not avaliable and some of the things in the room were broken (shower, towel rack).
