We stayed here for 3 nights. If I’m being honest we didn’t spend much time in the villa as we were so busy but the check in was seamless and the villa itself was good. We were amazed by the size and it is a lovely set up. Could do with some paint here and there, maybe a decor update but if that’s the vibe they are going for, it works well. It is a good size room and although not amazing, it was really nice! Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

DONT DO ANY TOURING WITH THE CONCIERGE. THEY ARE RIP OFFS. Get them from Groupon or The room is nice and the hotel is beautiful however the front desk told us she will put us in the best location which was 10 minute walk from the pool. Again, do not do any tours. My husband and I went to 5 diff tours. A 370$ Zipline costs 200$ on Groupon. A 400$ Hana tour costs 240 on Groupon. A romantic dinner cruise was horrible you sit in front of a couple which was already weird, it was over crowded and the dinner wasn't even that great. The helicopter ride, Dave told us we will get a 90 min tour (as if he is giving us the best instead and only charging us for 60 minutes). At the helicopter location they say it's raining and we couldn't land and that we would only be able to fly 60 minutes. We flew only for 45 min. I timed it. The pool, view and the hotel was the only nice thing. Dave the concierge held my credit card as if it had a weight and said wow business is doing great huh? Who says that??? So rude Get a car and do the tours yourself

A friend and I stayed at Aston Maui Ka’anapali Villas for four nights and had a very enjoyable stay! The resort is beach front (one of the best on Maui!) and allowed guests to relax by the pool, enjoy the Castaway cafe or laze on the beach with ease. The room was very clean and spacious, we had one of the newly renovated rooms on the ground floor of the Dolphin building. The decor is different, but added to the Hawaiian vibe in a good way! The Castaway cafe was a highlight, we enjoyed breakfast there every morning and cocktails most afternoons, the menu and wait staff in the cafe were just great! Front desk and concierge services were very helpful and helped us book a couple tours. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we will definitely like to stay with you again when we return to Maui one day!

This is the best place I have ever stayed in Maui. I loved taking the elevator to the top floor walking to the corner unit penthouse. The view is truly awesome, the condo is clean and updated and kitchen is great for cooking. Pick this place if you are hoping truly get a relaxing, peaceful, calm experience in Maui. You won’t regret staying here. We hope to return soon. Thank you for outstanding hospitality! Shawn Good Feb 15 - Feb 23 2019

Our apartment was a very beautiful one bedroom ocean view suite on the top floor of the Aloha building, clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Location is great, right on the beach and a short drive to the luxury shops at Whalers Village. We are planning to return next year.

After reading the recent reviews about cockroaches, I was terrified of our vacation. I requested a second floor. We had reserved a garden view and they upgraded us to a garden view premium. We stayed in unit #263 and it was clean and nicely decorated. I am happy to report no bug sightings and we checked thoroughly! The gym was in a shed and had very old equipment. The humidity and lack of a/c made our workouts almost unbearable. Is that what the $20 resort fee is for? The location was on the beach but at least an hour away from most of our activities. It depends what you will be doing whether this is a good location. I wouldn't roll the dice here again because each unit varies vastly. I am grateful we got lucky on this visit.

Much respect given to Kay for wholeheartedly agreeing with the complaint we made about our rental and she very graciously moved us to a newly updated unit. Thank you again Kay for the resolution and being so nice.

My wife and I just finished our 9 night stay at this location, and really did not have much negative to say. We started our trip out in the tower in a single bedroom with kitchen, and after 2 very loud mornings with the room next to us under construction we requested to be moved. The staff was very good and accommodating to our request and had us moved by the afternoon. This resort is really in a great location because you have a very sandy beach out front if you don't really want to snorkel just stand in the water, then about 200 ft down the beach is more of a coral, rock beach that we spent allot of time at and 9/10 times saw a turtle or two and lots of fish! The trolly that runs I am guessing every 10 minutes is nice if you want to hop from resort to resort for dinner etc. or shopping ! This location has two pools, one is very obvious towards the beach, this one you have buy all drinks from the cafe/restaurant there and is very busy usually... the other pool is too your left on the drive into the resort and is more of a garden pool.. very quiet, warm pool, and we just brought our own drinks here like everyone else. Our only real negatives were both rooms had terrible beds, they were crazy old spring and hurt the backs, and the hand full of cockroaches found in our room was a little bit of a put off. We will be coming back here the price, location, and staff were all very nice to deal with :) Thank you

We stayed in 502 too . The cabinets were old, furniture worn , and no door for the one bedroom advertised??? I was in this unit wiry my senior parents and two teenager daughters. No privacy. Seriously it has no door separating the living room. There is no balcony in this tower so if your from Canada and hoping to sit out side for your meal you can’t. It’s just open windows that are big for light. In the end , The hotel was actually perfect for my family. Location is 100% on board walk , beach best in world, and having a bar for fancy drinks was fun for the moms and kids. It has a trolly that comes by to take you to whalers village and all the other fancy hotels. Again nice that our hotel was included - my kids and parents loved that. It was free but of course kind of you tip the driver. Front end staff very very good at their job - free clean towel every day . They have a bottle of champagne to my folks for celebrating their 59 wedding anniversary - so sweet. The free Mia tais entertainment was nice too ! We will be back just staying in a different room 😊😊 .

The location is fantastic and also the staff. Unfortunately, we had some cockroaches for 2 nights. The staff called immediately the pest controller, but the problem persisted. I am quite disappointed that when we left no one apologised for this inconvenient and they didn’t ask if we wanted to change the apartment. I can understand we are in a island, but for this reason the organisation should pay more attention and also should take more care of clients.
