It was clean but it's an old hotel. Bed not too comfy. They only have a shower. No tub

Good location, low cost, helpful staff, old hotel.

The staff is super friendly, helpful, and seem to go above and beyond to be good to my family. I also really like the location as we are within walking distance to a nice local grocery store, a great park, and quite a few upscale restaurants. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

The area was kind of scary to me but then again I was all alone. I heard people throughout the night through the walls. The shower I got was stand up only and I never encountered one of those in a hotel. You could tell it was quite old. Right as soon as I walked in the room I felt the air conditioning which I love not having to turn it on so thumbs up on that. But then I noticed a stain on the comforter. Later that night I found a stain on the pillow too. I also felt the need for sox and to wear shoes in the shower because of how the shower looked. The safe in the room didn't work. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay and don't care for the area and cleanliness, I say pick this one. Otherwise get ready for a long night waking up at noises and feeling like you'll get germs on everything you touch.

Room was real good for the price. Have stayed there before and will stay there next trip

Staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonable quality for the price. Bare bones breakfast. Old hotel.

Good deal for the price and a very nice staff. But cleanness is a big issue

Convenient and good value for an overnight stay for a business trip or function visit.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT, ROOM CLEAN, LOCATION, CENTER OF EVERYTHING, NEEDED TO STAY AN EXTRA 1/2 HOUR TO USE THEIR INTERNET, NO PROBLEM, NO CHARGE, I COULD GO ON BUT I BWOULD BE REDUNDENT.

location is great. for the money not a bad deal. staff is very friendly.

good hospitality, good location for the price, conveniece

WE HAVE STAYED IN A LARGE NUMBER OF LAFAYETTE MOTELS ON BUSINESS TRIPS THE PAST THREE YEARS, USEALLY STAYING AT A DIFFERENT MOTEL EACH TRIP, UNLESS THE LAST MOTEL WAS EXTRA SPECIAL, DUE TO THE QUALITY AND HELPFULNESS OF THIS TRAVELODGE STAFF, WE WILL BE RETURNING HERE VERY OFTEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the price this hotel is a good deal. The staff were courteous and on time with the cleaning and maintenance of my room. I had no complaints and the guy at the lobby Brian was helpful towards getting me to the airport

Booked a room with a king size bed but was given a room with 2 double beds. The room wasn't very clean. There were empty drink bottles under the bed.

The hotel was a good value for the cost. I was interviewing for work and this was a great location. I would recommend to anyone.

The best part apart being at the Travel Lodge it is on the main strip which makes it very easy for traveler to see alot.

it is the best hotel in town compared to price, location, and budget.

Motel-type 70s rooms, facing a busy street, old, dark, dated and neglected - needs a lot of maintenance. Examples: bed was hard, sheets did not fit, only 3 pillows for 2 people, coffee-maker never worked, despite promise to fix it. Internet only worked sporadically; the bedside clock had the wrong time by an hour (we arrived from the East and did not realise there was an hour time difference and nearly missed breakfast)! The shower was clean but scuffed and old; there was no exhaust fan and window could not be opened. Room always smelled wet and moisture warped a bathroom wall. Breakfast was basic, with absolutely everything sugary - no toast or fruit or any healthy options. Stay here only if you're on a very tight budget and only for a night. Location is not exactly ''in the heart of town''. Do not go to the Greek/Lebanese restaurant next door; it's dark, inauthentic and overpriced for the small portions!

We needed a place to stay for a family emergency, near the ULL campus. The location was great, the room acceptable. Easy check-in. Good experience
