Hotel facilities and condition looks neglected, needs overall renovations (pool, rooms, carpets...). The location is OK. Because we change plans have to move to this Quality Inn and for our surprise was Not as expected. Good price, pet friendly but facilities are neglected.

The free breakfast included fresh fruits and hot foods, as well as cereals and pastries. I had a problem with the curtain, and the hotel staff who answered the phone cheerfully came up right away to take care of the problem.

Old facility in terrible shape. The bathroom had ceiling paint hanging from some previous leaks.

Our room never got cleaned over the 2 days that we were there. Never got clean towels I had to hunt some down. The place is a dump and the food is terrible. The worse thing ever was the sheets and blanket wasn't clean and had holes (gross). It was to much money for this place. The owners can run this place like this they must not care about the hotel and I feel sorry for the staff.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past because I travel with my dog and it is pet friendly. It's never been great but was always a good option since they were pet friendly. This last stay was absolutely terrible. The girl at the front desk was nice, but everything else about the hotel was terrible. Long story short, I had to move to 3 different rooms because of the disgusting rooms. Blood stains on sheets, crumbs on the bed along with blood stains in the first room, stains all over towels, etc. My 3rd room was finally what I settled for, however it was still pretty gross. I laid down for bed and saw a toe nail next to my bed and the towels were still stained. The carpet also had some kind of puke looking stain on the carpet. I will never stay here again.

Very erratic housekeeping. Irons poorly maintained, sticky crud, or not heating.

The hotel was extremely dirty in the common areas and the room itself. There were bugs both dead and alive and if we hadn't been so tired, we would have loaded our bags back up and tried another hotel. It was a terrible experience and not cheap either.

The people were nice when we checked in. Our room had a bit of a musty odor. The window in the room was severely cracked and had tape holding its pieces together. The side of the toilet was covered in urine stains and hair. The tub was so old and stained it didn't look like it had been cleaned, my children refused to shower and I was OK with that! The pool had weird objects floating at all different levels. Maybe they need to hire more help to clean room or give maids more time per room to get the job done right. This place is fair and stay if you are passing through like we were.

We were shocked at how run down this hotel was - there seemed to be some renovation going on so maybe it'll get better, but room cleanliness was borderline acceptable. Pull out sofa bed sheets looked like they had been slept in. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, however due to the condition of the property, do not recommend staying here.

Everything great. I believe j made another baby in this hotel. Best love making night of my life. My guy enjoyed it also. There was a party going on that night and the staff made sure I wouldn't be affected by the high schoolers that night. I loved everything

I don't normally write reviews, but considering my experience with 6 of their hotel rooms, I felt that it was my duty to keep others from this trap. The first room had parts of the carpet lifted/torn up and had an industrial fan blowing (trying to dry out damp carpet) and was subsequently down for repairs. The next room I was given smelled horrible. The smell was a mix of mildew (probably from angry tears of the people trapped in this hotel), garbage, body odor, lost dreams, stale beer and an abundance of Fa-breeze, which was a failed attempt to mask the funk. I hoped the smell would die down but it actually got worse. Upon my third trip to the customer service desk, the lady behind the counter, who was actually quite helpful, wrote down 4 room numbers and allowed me to pick my own room. This was an exceptional idea (as I was tired of carrying my things up and down 3 flights of stairs. Please note: the elevator took 10 minutes to go up and down 3 floors). After being shown 3 additional dirty/smelly rooms, I found one that wasn't horrible. Just to make sure that I wasn't crazy, I had the lady poke her head into my previous room and she agreed that the smell was unacceptable. You may wonder why I stayed as such a bad hotel? Well, I used my Orbucks to save half of the price of the room and if I cancelled or went somewhere else, I wouldn't get a refund. Additionally, I had been up since 3 AM and was exhausted. With that in mind, if you are in such a situation and don't mind holes in the walls, slow/dirty elevators, smelly rooms and dirty floors, then this is the place for you!

We had to change rooms after the first night because our room was unacceptable. The second room was better (acceptable), but I still wouldn't go back there unless I had to. This place will do in a bind (it will keep you warm and dry) but it is in dire need of renovations. The bathroom fixtures are outdated and it's just not a very comfortable stay.

I could''nt get the wi-fi to work in my room to work either night I was there. The staff suggested bringing my computer down to the lobby, which kinda defeated the purpose of having wi-fi in the room. when it came to the room the mattress was worn out enough that the springs continued to poke me in the back no matter where I slept on the bed. When taking a shower I grabbed a wash cloth to find it was so stained that it was grey in color instead of the white it was supposed to be. This next issue is partially my fault but upon checking out I had forgotten my work boots, but as already being 2 hours away I called back to the staff and asked if they would mail them to me. They said they would be happy to do that and would do it right away but as of 24 hours later they still havent been mailed.

This was an average stay. I travel a lot, this hotel had the motel feeling. Everything was located very close. I came complain the price of the hotel for the quality of the Quality Inn.

The room smelled like an ashtray and I found a cigarette butt on the floor, the shower was broken. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. 15 min from the University and about 1 hr 20 min from Indianapolis International Airport and 2 from Chicago Airports. If this is a place just for sleeping it might be ok, I give it 2 stars!

Friendly staff, let us check out late with no hassle. The room had a nice flat screen and the decor was up to date. The building seemed a bit older and a little pricey for the quality but it was most likely since we stayed the night before a Purdue university football game. Overall pleased with the experience.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE ONLY ISSUE I SAW WAS THAT THE BATHTUBE WAS DIRTY AND COULD USE SOME MORE ATTENTION.

The only problem was the NOISE! The hotel is by a busy street and you can hear that noise all night long and the guests in the next rooms you can hear them talking and their TV. So not a restful night.

Came here to visit my son at Purdue. I didn't book my hotel til last minute and when the only thing they had that wasn't booked up in town was the Quality Inn I was a little nervous it would be motel-ish. It wasn't. It was nice. Staff was very friendly. Had a great time and was very close to his house.

Room was nice, but they need bigger pillows for the bed, because the pillows they have are more like throw pillows and very unconfortable. I was lucky to get 3 hrs of sleep, if that.
