I stay at a lot of hotels on business and have to say this has been the worst internet I have experienced. Also the F&B was not good at all. Bartender Was VERY Nice But Flat Tonic water and UNINSPIRING menu. Wasn't even sure if the had a restaurant

Once I got the room booked thru Orbitz, it was all good. The only complaint that I have is that when I went to check-in there was only one person at the counter. He was on the phone helping a customer. I do not fault this gentleman. Behind him was a door and after I had waited 10-15 minutes for the 1st guy to get off the phone, a second guy walks out and looks at the 1st and says "Oh I am so sorry" and starts to laugh. He had been in this office talking on his phone the whole time I was waiting. Not concerned with what the guy at the counter was going thru. It was ridiculous. I was in a hurry and they held me up. The people at the front desk should never be helping a customer unless there is someone there to back them up.

This hotel is in serious need of an update. Rooms are small and the a/c smelled like I cycled stale air. Staff was uncaring and indifferent. Computer in lobby had crashed and needed a reboot yet no one touched it the entire time we were there. Carpet in lobby was rippled and was a complete trip hazard. Bathroom was nasty. No investment in a long time here.

We have stayed at Four Points in other cities and we were always inpressed. However, we were a bit disappointed with this specific hotel. The staff was excellent. Our room was just OK. We were constantly fighting the thermostat to get to a comfortable temperature in the room. The bathroom was not very clean. It was just disappointing since we have always had great stays at Four Point Hotels. Next time we may go to a different hotel.

clean hotel good lobby and convinient breakfast at the garden

Hotel was adequate and would definitely stay again but they or Orbitz screwed up our reservation and didn't get us in the system creating a half hour check in. Toilet was screwed up and the carpet needed serious repair where tack strip was exposed to us stepping on it, hurts. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Should be rebranded. Definitely not Sheraton quality the hotel was so run down and water damaged. My son had to use his rescue inhaler the whole time due to the mold! Everywhere paint was either pealing or rusted off. The carpets were wet and stained. Extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness. This hotel should have been not more than $30 a night due to its deplorable conditions.

This hotel is conveniently located next to an Applebee's and a cross the street from a Walmart!. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, and the pools and whirlpool is well maintained.

The hotel has all the things you want except that the swimming pool is in the center of the building with every room's entrance and window facing the interior. We had a lot of active college students playing water sports until late at night and the noise was a problem. Other than that, it was an OK place to spend the night, have a drink and munch down a sandwich.

Filthy old smelly overpriced. I would challenge a Sheridan executive to tell me they are proud of this property. If it represents Sheridsn I would never book a Sheridan again.

Staff friendly, particularly the barman/waiter who produced food at 1025 ahead of their 1030 'close'. Property basic, but fine. Good value. Problem with major noise from water pipes which ruined sleep - I guess it was someone showering nearby at 5am.

Nice staff and amenities!! Pool was central to all of our rooms and we loved that! Rooms were clean and walking distance to store and resturant

All windows are looking at inside. Felt stuffy, pool smell. Our TV did not work, telephone did not work.

Staff was friendly with the exception of Candy, with the breakfast staff. Ignored us and glared at me when I asked her a question. Breakfast overpriced for what was offered. Many hotels include a breakfast of that caliber. Also, requested frig and microwave for room and there was neither. The location was very convenient though. Not sure if I would recommend to a friend.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Ice machine not very handy, and out of ice. Overall good stay.

Had to find a room, as the on- campus option was booked. Room had a damp locker smell. A very dirty cleaning rag was left on the side of the tub when we arrived. The bathroom floor was noticeably dirty. Yuk. The bed was comfortable. Sink area lighting was adequate, but all the rest of the room lighting combined cast barely candles' worth of light. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Front desk staff seemed fine. Spiral staircases seemed dangerous - impossible with luggage.

I stayed here twice while visiting Purdue, both times with my two-year-old son. Pros: Good food in the two restaurants, big atrium with live plants tended by Purdue horticulturalists, friendly staff, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Cons: Slow wifi. Pool noise in atrium-facing rooms (but they give you a white noise machine to cover it up). Breakfast hot bar isn't always open (depends on vacancy). Spiral staircases in the atrium are dangerous! I had to chase after my son constantly to make sure he didn't take a tumble.

The Hotel was very pleasant for our purposes. Although we did not stay in a suite, the one I saw was awesome. Out single was very adequate. Will probably stay there more often

The hotel is near most everything isn't Purdue. The room we got was right next to the indoor pool, do very noisy until 11 pm but then ok. Bed was comfortable. Shower head was too low for tall people and there was some mold in the shower. Otherwise clean enough. Breakfast buffet (9.95) was VERY good - omelette station and lots of selection.

Was ok..stayed 2 nights. Kinda pricy and suite was weird. HaD conference table would have liked a couch
