Location is great - very close to my friends in The Villages. Property is newly renovated. Jaime, the young lady at the front desk who checked me in was most welcoming and professional.
The person that checked us in (PAULA) was awesome. The condition of the shower (wheel chair accessible) was atrocious. The A.C. unit in the room sounded like a jet engine. The staff was excellent.
Very nice, overall. Didn't use the pool, but looked like they can't quite keep up with all the leaves.

Billing was grossly mishandled by front desk; Reservation was for two nights, departed after one night, my credit card was billed for two nights the day before arriving and no adjustment has been made. Front desk declined to provide a receipt at departure.
I got in late night for check-in. The staff was very friendly and full of information. I checked out early the following morning.
Of course no breakfast because of coronavirus. We stayed in room. Very nice. Bed very comfortable but I could not sleep. Noise. Sounded like gears turning. It might have been refrigerator. Except for noise, very nice.
Needs indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Otherwise, perfect.
We enjoyed our stay in the Villages at Hampton Inn, We stayed in room 321. The problem was and still is - - - the shower head did not work properly. We asked them to change out the shower head for one that works when you choose different settings but this did not happen. Otherwise, the room was kept clean by the staff. Thanks.

Multiple breakfast options were nice. Room was clean and easily cooled down. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated that smoking was allowed nearby - outside of building.
I had to cancel and kind of medical and the hotel would give me back my money until they realize I’ve booked thru to you and they could not I was never informed of that
Hampton Inns provide great value for the money spent. This particular Hampton Inn was no exception. This was one of the cleanest i've ever stayed in. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family.
